Sometimes communication was delayed, but it was always clear, detailed and thorough. When we didn't like something, they worked with us to find solutions and always resolved it to our satisfaction. They used quality materials and didn't cut corners. I especially appreciated that they promised to come back in the spring to address any issues with lawn establishment. Overall we are very satisfied with how the project came out and would recommend them.

I had tilled it, amended the soil, fertilized, treated for grubs and seeded and patched and it just always looks not so great. I have a green thumb in the garden but grass and I never were able to make it happen fully. Finally bit the bullet and hired Dave at Clean Sweep. First of all, Dave is just a great guy, super nice and knowledgeable, and professional. Really impressed with his approach to me as a customer, as I had a lot of questions. Second he came up with a plan to make the lawn nice that had a very reasonable price and we went with it. Basically a total lawn reboot, soil amendment, sprinklers and reseeding last fall. This year literally everyone of my neighbors has commented on the lawn and all my friends that come over as well. Clean Sweep is doing all the work besides the mowing. Where their was crabgrass and spurge and dandy lions there is now super thick grass. I couldn't be happier and all the work and the sprinkler system was so reasonably priced. At first when I told my wife I wanted to spend the money to get the front lawn done she was skeptical. But all spring she has been saying "why didn't we do this years ago". The fencing would be moved closer to my yard after stone walls were put up... and you can see the complexity here... so I decided to go with them after meeting Chris. First of all, Chris is really down to earth, I trusted him immediately. He also likes to text (my preferred method of communication) and he also followed up with emails. He was super responsive and when we went back and forth a few times, he did not show any impatience. He offered options and suggestions, and when I asked for a recommendation he would pick an option and tell me why. I loved that. His crew is amazing. When they are here to work, they WORK.
