I had called to ask if they service European cars, and surely they do! They were able to schedule me to drop off my car the next day with other flexible dates. They also were able to take one of my pre purchased parts from AutoZone, no problem. When I arrived, at first slightly confused, by their glorious lobby, was not something I'm used to or expected. They don't have the usual rundown looking lobby to wait or make your payment. No, this is stunning as if I walked into another professional business. Very classy indeed! They also graciously called to let me know of other updates my car needed that was necessary or at least make me aware of to have taken care of in the future, along with a quote ahead of time! After that, I received an email and text report of their findings. This was the most thorough report I have ever witnessed from a mechanic! They not only break it down by things that "passed" their check, items they checked but are not as pressing to have repaired and more immediate repairs. Each had their own break down with screenshots and photos with a computer generated simulation video to talk you through its part needing attention/repair. I've never been more impressed, especially being a female with knowing little to nothing about cars and unable to regurgitate what's been done on my car. I now have this report to refer back to. When I arrived the next day to pick up my car, they pulled it up for me. What also awaited me in my car was a free cold water and a cookie! How sweet and thoughtful. I had assumed they were a Christian owned business, but also thought it could be just their name...Thank you Lord there is a Christian owned mechanic where I can trust honest work, service and pricing. Christian Brothers, you forever have my business!

I took the car to the local Manufacturer Dealership for a second opinion, and they only found 2 issues that needed corrected immediately . My fiances car broke down and at the recommendation of the tow company had his jeep towed to Fastbay Auto. When he was quoted a price to replace the alternator they quoted him $1000 for parts and labor. When given his estimate, it was for over $800 in parts and less than $200 in labor. What made me skeptical was the outrageous price for an alternator. I asked my fiance to put me on the phone with him and asked why the PARTS were $800. All he told me was that in total the estimate was around $1000 and handed the phone back and refused to speak to me further or explain the cost of the parts. I was at the same time looking up the exact alternor for his jeep and getting the range of $100-$300 for parts. I had my mechanic father go up to the shop and pick up my fiance/talk to the shop owner. He showed my dad the part he was looking at on HIS site for advance auto and showed my dad a $650 alternator (the cheapest he said he could get). My dad did the same thing I did and once again found alternotors that were no where near $650 (again in the $100-$300 range). We decided to leave and find a different shop. At the suggestion of my father, we called a reputable auto parts store that sells better parts than advance and they told us AT MOST for his jeep the part would be $250. Had it been the labor that was so high we may not have even questioned it. But I am extremely upset at the mans unwillingness to explain the charges to me, and the fact that I had to ask my dad to go and have the charges explained. I feel like this man was trying to take advantage of a younger person with no running car and a dead phone. I waited to write my explanation of review until we were able to have his car towed to the shop my dad recommended.
