Horrible experience, very unprofessional & mis-informed about the actual conditions of my truck…read more Estimate was "Fuel filler neck $300.00 approx part & labor. If you need to drop tank to find it (leak) $240.". 4 weeks for appointment, 5 weeks in the garage. Then I'm told my truck was ready for the junk yard & unsafe for the road because the frame was rusted. NOT THE TRUTH! I was told he'd need to remove the bed of the truck in order to fix the fuel issue. New estimate $722, possible more. They cut two c-clamps to remove the cover or bed liner. He attempted to remove the bed of the truck to change out a fuel tank. Mickey didn't support the frame in anyway, or place it on a lift. A rusted driver side lead spring bracket was rust & broke when taking out the bolt. Then the spring lifted the truck bed. Well duh., with no support that will happen. I was told he wouldn't work on it because it was ready for the junk yard & he'd only take $100 for his trouble. So I pay $100 to tow, $100 to him & now had to tow it elsewhere to actually have the repair. Not just the fuel tank, but I've got the Spring bracket & shackles to replace. $1,312.03. Plus the previous amount incurred by Mickey. The other garages did not remove the truck bed to replace a the fuel tank. Truck runs perfectly fine & is very road worthy. Sorry, I will not just throw a vehicle (truck) away because of you're incompetent.

Good Service Manager, price, and warranty…read more What went bad was the parts provider (I believe Advanced Auto Parts) did not have the correct parts for my car. This probably wasted another 45 minutes trying to get part. I would have made other plans instead of waiting there. Thank the tech gods for Smart Phones! Then they left grease on my door handle which manager took care of when I brought it to his attention. They were rushed at the end if the day but you have to cross all of the T's. I went on a trip and ended up needing my brakes a lot due to construction traffic in Fla. They worked great! I would highly recommend the hard working folks at this Brakes 4 Less location and the company's business model as a whole.

Handed over the special socket which is clearly marked 'No Impact Wrench'. Next thing I see through the window is the shop guy rattling loose the wheel locks with an impact gun! The intricate shape of the socket is now slightly deformed, and I had to order a new one. Second one happened today, when I brought in my conversion van for a brake job. Mind you that this shop had worked on it before but today, the front desk guy refused to take it in because he 'can't lift' a conversion van! I asked what happened to the floor jacks you used before to which he replied 'No, that's not what we do here!' Ok, other shops are waiting to take my money ....
