If you live nearby, they will also drop you off. The prices are reasonable but they can take a while to work on your car because they stay busy. They have a loyal customer base which keeps the place busy all the time. This is just a good mom and pop mechanic shop that's still run by the original owner who stays actively involved in the day-to-day activity of his shop. Take your car to Bert's. This is not a paid endorsement. I have met Bert but I doubt he knows who I am. I just believe in sharing info about places that want to do right by the customer.

A real shady way of doing business, never ever again would I personally or recommend anyone to go to this place ever again.

Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

They refused to charge me for all the time they spent checking that problem out and all the time spent road testing the truck to determine the problem.
