I felt relaxed and pampered. The space was beautifully decorated. I wish it wasn't so far from my house. I will definitely go back to their other community acupuncture events. It is only $25 the person or if you bring a friend it's two for $40. The mind body Spirit Center's brochure says rejuvenation and regeneration in an environmentally conscious center. There's also a nurse practitioner who provides nutritional counseling, immune enhancement,allergy testing and women's healthcare. Kat Myers also does yoga, qi gong, body rolling and offers workshops. I went there for only acupuncture, so if you want to just tell her your symptoms of discomfort or pain and be treated, this is not your place as she wants a complete physical and mental health recap. The place is also not open all the time--so if you want to cancel an appointment or make changes, then you may need to wait 3 days as they don't have long hours and are closed on Fridays and the weekends. She didn't come back at the end of my treatment to remove the needles and her staff missed one, which caused me to have jarring pain when I put on my pants!! I took the needle out and then said, "You missed one!" and she didn't apologize but just took it from me and dropped it in the trash. I also called to reschedule a follow-up appointment and the woman on the phone didn't seem all that interested in finding a date solution. So, I just didn't make another appointment and I don't think she cared a hoot. I think her current staff is subpar but I liked her. Maybe this should be a 3.5 star review???
