What can I say other than Chad, Baylee, and their team did an AMAZING job putting up Christmas lights and decorations at our home last year! We had just moved to a "Candy Cane Lane," and I needed to find someone who would do impressive and clean work, was professional, had fair pricing, and was dependable, trustworthy, and could be flexible with my schedule. It's hard to find all of this in one company, so I was fortunate to have found Sleigh My Lights! I called many places, but I knew when I spoke to Baylee and Chad that Sleigh My Lights was the company I wanted to work with, and I'm so glad I did! They are friendly, communicative and just good people!  It is quite daunting to live in an area where everyone displays Christmas lights and where visitors drive by, so I needed a team who was also creative and had a vision about a theme and placement of decorations. Baylee made Hawaiian-themed swags and a wreath for our home, and even got a Mele Kalikimaka neon sign to fit the Hawaiian theme she suggested! It was awesome! Sleigh My Lights do not just put up lights -- they are designers that work with you to create an enchanting winter wonderland. They are also skilled at wrapping lights around trees and do this very neatly (never crooked). And they are masters of Govee lights to bring attention to and give the home a pop. They worked their magic to make my entire front yard, roof line, trees, and side of my home look so beautiful and glistening. And they provide both installation and take-down, too! He was very polite in our Yelp messaging, response time was quick and very easy to schedule. His quote was the most competitive of the group. He was on-time and is a very meticulous tradesman. He had great respect for his work environment by wearing disposable booties in the house (and taking them off when going outside) and he also spread out cloths while assembling our chandelier. He placed plastic sheets on the floor to catch any ceiling debris. While his ladder was unconventional for our 20ft ceilings, he has the balance AND strength of a Cirque du Soleil acrobat. Once our chandelier base was up, he took extra care to wipe down any visible smudges. What was truly admirable was his continued patience despite the long installation process. He did not rush us in the final design process of adjusting EACH of the 20 pendants on our chandelier and even went up/down from his ladder to look at the piece from multiple vantage points. Vahan is a skilled, dedicated, and patient tradesman that I would recommend in a heartbeat. I only hope that he has good life insurance considering the perilous heights of his work environments! Chris was awesome!!!…read more The outlet for our dishwasher and garbage disposal was acting up. The garbage disposal would turn on without the switch ever being flipped. The dishwasher refused to run right. My wife and I replaced the outlet, and that did exactly NOTHING. We try to troubleshoot what's happening, and I manage to blow the whole house breaker. I can't solve the small problem, and now I can't get the power on to the house! Wonderful! So, we go a night without power. Eat by candlelight and play games together on our phones rather than watch TV. The next morning, Chris answers the phone right away. Another 20 minutes and $140, and we are launched, happily back into the 21st Century. I asked for an explanation, and after laying the issue out 3 times, I think I get it. There's a tab on the outlet that must be broken off before it's installed in a situation like ours. Because we didn't, it overloaded the system and blew the breaker. Our specific main breaker switch is so sticky or unused that it took a surprisingly manly amount of force to get it to move, and as a dude who's broken a couple dozen things by torquing on 'em too hard, I'd been hesitant to apply the force required to actually flip the switch. Thank you, Chris, for your quick, cheerful, capable response. It's nice to have things working again the way they should.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin…read more I initially called David Electric for a quote to install some outlets and David asked if I would like one over the phone, or if I wanted a person to come out. I opted to have someone come out just so I can be clear on what I'm looking for. Prior to arrival I received a text that Sam was en route. Sam arrived on time, and looked at where I wanted the outlets and quickly provided me a quote. I went ahead and called back to accept the quote, and Sam was able to come out the next day. Sam and Dallas showed up on time and went straight to work. They were both hard working, respectful, personable, and extremely knowledgable. They installed 4 GFCI outlets and replaced another outlet in about 3 hours. I was very impressed because every time they wanted to move personal items on the countertop they would ask me first. Sam also noticed that I was working, so he would warn me when it was going to get loud, and asked if I would be in any meetings or if it was okay to shout out to me - I found this to be extremely considerate. I asked Sam a few questions about what he thinks I should and shouldn't consider, and he was very honest. He had valid reasons for what I should consider, and he bluntly told me he's not going to try to sell me on something I don't need. I really appreciated the transparency. You could definitely tell by the way Dallas and Sam treated not just me, but one another that they are both men of integrity and it was such a pleasure to have them come out. I would definitely call David Electric if I have any more electrical needs!

As soon as the two electricians came by, they got to work by taking the fan up into the attic, finding a good enough power source to create an additional line, and were finished within an hour or so. I would surely recommend this business if you need something installed --and don't want to go through the business of wasting a morning talking to someone else, who will charge you more.
