If all contractors communicated the way Rudy does, half of the world's problems would probably be solved (ok, slight hyperbole). From start to finish, Rudy was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor. He kept every appointment and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Apparently, this level of reliability does still exist! He was also extremely respectful and as another Yelper mentioned, never pushy about upselling me. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and offered ideas about what would look best in my backyard. I felt like I was getting genuine advice rather than a sales pitch. There are maybe one or two other people I've hired over the years whom I would gleefully recommend without hesitation. Rudy is now firmly on that very short list. If anyone I know needs bistro lights installed, I wouldn't just recommend him. I'd probably insist. My only complaint is that Rudy doesn't offer more services. I wish he were a roofer, carpenter, electrician, plumber, handyman...hell, at this point, I wish he did everything. I'd hire him for my entire house. Thank you sooooooo much Rudy and team. We highly recommend this venue to all our friends and family who are planning on getting married. The venue is more of an intimate yet accommodating size and convenient if you are planning on having both the ceremony and reception in the same location. Highlights that we loved: 1. There is an upstairs bar that we still get compliments about from our guests! 2. The bridal and grooms suite are beautifully decorated. 3. The bar services provided exactly what we wanted for our guests to have a great experience. We also added on the champagne wall. So unique and a nice touch. 4. The natural beauty of the venue made it so that we could focus on high quality flowers rather than feeling like we needed to decorate everything ourselves. As a plant lover, the plant wall is STUNNING. 5. We wanted our pup to share our day and they are dog friendly! The most important thing for us was that we booked a vendor that would be responsive and be able to provide us with a buildable package. Hart and Main was able to provide just that!
