Needed a flower arrangement for last minute birthday gift and Bud Stop truly delivered(figuratively). Called the store, spoke with Rachel and she told me to come by as she had pre made arrangements to choose from. Everything g available was gorgeous. Rachel was extremely friendly and helpful. The store although small was adorably decorated plus they have a small coffee shop inside. Couldn't partake in a chai latte as I arrived after the coffee service closed. Rachel definitely has a loyal customer in me. read more

Horrible!!!! Gpt helped me put everything together plz enjoy ,good moments in life doesn't associate with this store at all . I put putI wanted to buy a bouquet for my mom, who was in the hospital right next to this flower shop. I stopped by their store, but all the ready-made bouquets they had looked so tasteless and poorly arranged that I decided to just buy loose flowers instead. I asked the florist if I could make the bouquet myself, exactly the way I wanted, right there at a little table inside the shop. He looked at me and said, "No, you're not allowed to work here." I explained, "I'm not working here -- I'm just making a bouquet for my mom." He still refused and said I could only do it outside the shop. I asked him, "Are you serious right now?" and he said, "Yes, absolutely," with this arrogant smile on his face. I then asked how much it would cost if he made the bouquet, and he replied that it would cost even more than just buying the flowers. In the end, I overpaid for the flowers -- they charged way more than they were actually worth. I had to put the bouquet together outside, and while I was doing that, people passing by stopped to ask if I worked there -- because my bouquet looked so much better than the tasteless, unattractive ones that people were picking up from the shop. Honestly, the arrangements they make are awful, and the overall attitude toward customers is just terrible. The owner of this shop comes across as greedy, arrogant, and completely lacking in taste. read more

Sending flowers to cheer up a friend in Palmetto Bay, I searched for local florists and opted on The Bud Stop at Old Cutler Road and 168th Street. As a child growing up in South Dade, I remember the area well and once worked at the Farm Store on the corner. Spoke with Debbie by phone about a number of potential gift selections and decided on the "Fresh and Fabulous" bouquet. A cheerful blend of sunshiny type roses and lilies, along with some pretty purple blooms and glowing greens in a classic glass vase, I hoped to cheer up an old friend from high school. Offered in standard, deluxe, and premium - I ordered the premium assortment. Debbie was polite and helpful, advising that delivery would be made before lunch. And that promise was accomplished. Delivery before lunch - my friend loved them. And they did brighten up her day. Great experience with The Bud Stop Florist - 5 stars. William E. Lewis Jr. Vero Beach, Florida. read more

Got flowers delivered on Friday 05/10 for Mother's Day from my daughter what a disappointment it was the worse bouquet I've ever seen and to top it off the delivery person left them at the front door in the 96 degree temperature not sure how may hours they were outside in the sun. I called to complain was told they would deliver a fresh one the next day . Called to check on re delivery @ 2:00pm since the website stated they close @ 3pm the woman that answered was not apologetic at all and less than helpful could not tell me about the re delivery other than would be getting another one. Will not order from them neither would I recommend them . Terrible bouquet terrible service. Extremely poor quality flowers and service. Zero stars if it was possible!!! read more

I received these for by Birthday on Wednesday the 22nd. They were beautiful the first day as the days went by, only now Sunday 26th the roses are pretty dead. Cant believe they didnt even last a week. The carnations are still alive, but I expected that. He paid $60/70 bucks ... not cheap but the quality was not worth that amount. These were ordered online thru 1800 flowers, serviced by and delivered by Bud Stop Florist off culter bay. My daughter received roses three weeks ago from publix that lasted 2 weeks... he could bought me three dozen for what he paid.... Oh well it's the thought that counts.. read more

I have gone to The Bud Stop at least 10 times & have never been let down. They are a small shop, but have always been able to come through when I am trying to put together a nice arrangement of flowers. The flowers I get from them always last a long time & their prices are very fair. Give them a chance if you find yourself down south on Old Cutler. I uploaded some pics. read more

My daughter got married on 12/17/22 and originally planned on using all silks for her flowers but about a week before we decided we wanted her to have real flowers for her bouquet. Their shop was not as organized as the other florist I visited but the people here were listening to what I wanted- not telling me what they thought she should have which I really appreciated so I chose them. I kept in contact with them and they did not get upset knowing it was a big day for us. I picked the bouquet up the day of the wedding and I WAS REALLY HAPPY. It was really pretty. I think they did an awesome job matching flowers. I have attached picture "1 that was what I gave them to copy and photo 2 (with the car) of what we got. Do not hesitate to use them. They are awesome and the price was great as well! read more

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day, very thoughtful. However, knowing her high expectations of quality, I had to let her know to not use this florist again. It looked like my bouquet was sitting in a hot car for hours. I rearranged some of the flowers in another vase in hopes that I can bring them to life. I bought a Mother's Day bouquet, it was completely misrepresented. Bud stop replaced the peonies with carnations. Peonies are much more expensive and that's what I paid for. I paid premium price for this bouquet for my mother and I was deeply disappointed. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I gave them a call so they could explain and refund me the amount for the peonies. They told me they would call me back and they did not. read more

I can't speak to the quality of the flowers because they never arrived. I ordered a $100 arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Valentines Day. The flowers never arrived. No phone call. At 7 PM I received an email telling me the flowers had been delivered. NOT delivered to my wife. Either the driver delivered to the wrong person or decided it was too late and threw them away, not sure what happened. Called Bud Stop Florist 3 times the next day and left a message, 3 times, with a person. No one called me back. Talk about poor customer service, this place has no customer service. Since they won't return my calls I guess I will have to drive to their location to get a refund. 20 to 25 miles from my home. Not happy. Will never use or recommend this florist again. They happily take your money but if there is a problem, good luck. read more

Horrible Horrible service and quality. Ordered online from Flowers for You. Was supposed to be delivered by 5pm to a business. Showed up late after person had left for the day. Her office called her to tell her something showed up. Clearly ruining the surprise and effect of getting flowers. And when she showed up the next day she took a photo. Check this "Christmas Tree" out. What in the heck is this? Looks like some sort of random bush from the side of the road. Stay WAY FAR away. read more

Bud Stop Florist - Look at this sorry excuse to make a tree. And it was delivered late to wrong person. - Florists Near Me - Miami, Florida

The worst flowers I have ever received. My partner ordered flowers two weeks before valentines day to be delivered on valentines. Flowers that were delivered a day late looked like someone picked up some flowers and jammed them into a vase. The order that was place was 75 dollars. And it looked like something you would pick up at cvs. On top the fact that absolutely no attention was placed on the way the flowers were arranged the card that was placed in the flowers had glue stuck on the message and made it difficult to read. When I call to complain Tiesha was not helpful and literally told me she could not help me I had to ask for a manager to get anything done. I am appalled at the disinterest in service and quality of product. How do you send out something that is not at the level of quality that you state on your website and a day late! STAY AWAY! read more

I received a bouquet for condolences. When I sent the photo of it to my sister, she was upset that it wasn't like the advertised photo she ordered. While we understand substitutions, it had some similarities, pretty although SKIMPY, this was not what she ordered. Since she ordered through the florist network, they did send a replacement which miraculously looked EXACTLY like the photos. Full with the colors and flowers shown online. So even though the second bouquet was beautiful..why not send that the first time? Why send something skimpy when you are not even using all the flowers shown? Unsure. But we order flowers a lot. Just do a beautiful arrangement that the buyer is expecting the first time. You know? Especially at the price it cost to send floral arrangements. read more

The flowers arrived a day late & the bouquet looks poor. Not worth $75, maybe $35 at most.

Flowers were delivered after 5 to my office and I had already left for the day. When I saw the flowers the next day it was very disappointing to see that all of the roses were wide open and some had the petals falling off. One had only a few petals left on one side.
