I remember going to this flower shop as a little girl with my mom. We would often buy flowers there for my grandma. Not much has changed. The décor is still the same and parking is limited, but you are usually in and out of there pretty quickly. They take cards. I mention that as the ambiance made me question it. Went in to purchase two bouquets of flowers. Language there is Spanish. Was attended by Pepe, who was a real joy. He made me feel better about purchasing flowers for two graves and even cut the flowers, so they would fit accordingly. Bought a half dozen sunflowers for my grandma as those were her favorites and a dozen white roses for my parents. Flowers were beautiful. Very happy with my purchase and with the stellar service. Will return once again whenever I visit the cemetery. read more

I wish I could give them zero. Worst service from a flower shop ever. They sent something completely different than the chosen arrangement. They did not call before delivering and left the arrangement outdoors exposed to sun and rain. Some flowers were broken and or wilted. They delivered to the wrong place and lied about customer writing the wrong address. They didn't want to take responsibility for anything. Bad attitude when called to point out wrong doings. read more

absolutely worst florist company i have ever dealt with. do not buy flowers from here- consider yourself forewarned. if i could give them no stars i would! ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day and they never arrived. given my mom has been having a hard time, a lot of effort and time went into placing her order, to make a tough day better....not only did they ruin the moment and dy completely- i spent the whole damn day trying to reach them, only to recieve a busy tone. no voicemail- even though there is a message. no one to take calls during working hours- no apology, no call in advanced, no communication- nothing!!!!!!!! total scam!!! do not buy flowers here! making matters only worse!- look at the crap they gave her... carnations?! i paid for premium flowers! if carnations are premium, what the hell is considered regular?!! no attention to detail- look at the ribbon?!.....its not even one solid piece!!!! it was cut and basically maguivered together to look like it wasn't 2 pcs of scrap ribbon... this is an insult! my mom also was to get her flowers delivered at work during work hours...not only did the miss valentines day, but she got them the following day at 5:15pm....are you freaking kidding me????!! AMAZING! Jose, the flower designer himself, helped me with my order. I called all the way from Los Angeles to have 3 red rose arrangements ordered and picked up for a national TV broadcast for Mother's Day. Even thought i put in the order pretty last minute, Mercy's flowers still accommodated. They looked BEAUTIFUL as promised! My team loved them and they looked great on TV. Wonderful prices as well. Someone ordered flowers for my birthday through FTD and this place was the vendor. When I got the flowers, a dozen of light pink roses, several of the petals were crushed and had brown on them. I immediately called and reported it as per the message on the card. "If we fail to meet your expectations, please let us know". I spoke with a woman who told me that it was supposed to be brown because that was the breed of roses that they carried. I let her know that I wasn't satisfied with the quality as I'm SURE that the roses shouldn't be brown and she just insisted that they were and refused to do ANYTHING. Poor service, poor quality and very little English. Shame on them! And the teddy bear...PATHETIC! I'm not sure if the person applying the rhinestone to the nose was cross eyed but there was glue on one part of the nose and then it was placed on an awkward part of the nose. Horrible service, they did not deliver the flowers on Valentine's Day nor the following day. To add to this stress they have not answered the phone in two days to explain the delay; this will certainly lead to a dispute with the bank. They claim they have been operating for 30yrs but after my current experience with this company I feel it may be fraudulent. How dishonest of them to accept orders when they clearly are not operating or are unable to meet Valentine's Day demands. So for Mother's Day I decided to try out a new flower shop that I found online with pretty good reviews. I ordered on their website and everything was great. Website was quick and easy to use and their prices where very fair. The product was delivered on the day requested and even earlier than expected which was great. But upon receiving a phone call from the recipient I was saddened to hear that some of the flowers in the arranged were dying already. I then received a picture of the flowers and it confirmed what I was told. I hope this is not the case with all of their products but it was sad since I was looking for a new vendor. read more

I recently ordered a Valentine's bouquet via FTD and the order was fulfilled by Mercy's Flowers. Upon delivery of the small arrangement, late on a Saturday afternoon, I was disappointed to note that some of the roses and carnations had petals that were curled and dying. Also some of the foliage had browned/dried edges as if the bouquet was in the delivery car in the heat for too long. It was embarrassing for me to give this gift to my girlfriend and it looked worse on the following days. I took photos of the arrangement and its condition and e-mailed a note of disappointment along with the pictures to the e-mail address of the florist president as it appeared on the business card that was delivered with the arrangement. I also checked the website and saw that the shop has a satisfaction guarantee. My e-mail went unanswered. Upon calling the shop and speaking with the president herself, she took zero responsibility and also denied ever receiving my e-mail message. Not a positive way to do business. read more
