I bought a seal proof container less than two weeks ago and brought it in for either a refund or exchange or even store credit and they completely do not flex on their policy...even if they sell you equipment that doesn't and never worked. There need to be times when you flex with the customer, especially when you sold the poor quality product and represented it as seal proof. On top of me being direct but polite, the store manager decided to start an attitude with me, when I was being cordial about their product not working...not me breaking it. We are talking about a sealing jar...pretty basic mechanics. You all should have taken a stand but you didn't. You made an error.

Parking may get a little tight in the front but they have more spaces on the side of Burnet and Ohlen. Love the name, too! They were not too comfortable with me taking pictures of the inside which is completely understandable. What I especially liked was even though the Sun was hitting the windows, the window coverings do not affect the glass or the heat in the shop. In other words, you're not blinded by the Light, which most stores do not consider ;-)
