The only downside to the store is that it's super small, and therefore can feel a bit cramped when there are more than a couple of shoppers in it. It is amazing the amount of merchandise in this location. Everything is easy to browse and well stocked. I have only rarely found anything to be out of stock and only for a very short time. A very good selection of leather both full hides and remnants is available. The only drawback I find and this is an issue with Tandy not with this location is the pricing. The store follows the online catalogue pricing but I find that prices on hardware, fittings etc runs 3x or 4x higher than I can find comparable items online. If I can wait the 4 or 6 weeks for delivery I will wait.

The store and fitting rooms are not nearly as clean, nor as well organized, however the prices generally make up for that. Of note, the majority of what the outlet sells is a different label and product than the regular store, denoted by the numbers in the logo on the tag. A lot of clothing is specifically made for the outlet. There are, however, on occasion sales that make sorting through overstuffed, unorganized racks of clothing completely worthwhile, as you can pick up $100 shirts for $15! (This is a rare and special breed of sale!) You are best armed with your own knowledge heading in, such as the colours on the labels and which fits they denote, as the sales staff probably doesn't know the difference between the pink and the green labels, but they are entirely different fits. My opinion of this store is that it needs to be kept cleaner and better organized, in order to avoid tarnishing the Brooks Brothers brand. That said, I will continue to shop there, with the prices I have seen.

I almost wept last year when I had to throw them away. RW is my go-to for daily office attire. I can almost always find something when I walk in. The constant turn-over of mechandise also means that I rarely have to pay full price. Being a taller guy though I find their shirts a little hit and miss for me. Sometimes a shirt will fit perfectly, but then the one right beside it on the rack will be too short in the body or arms.
