He arrived in the designated time window, was polite and clean. Not very talkative which was ok, his hands didn't stop working. Worked outside in the rain, didn't complain or even ask for an umbrella. Both units were cleaned and checked, A/C was good for the rest of the summer. Furnace is set to go for winter. Reasonable priced maintenance with up front prices. And no contracts required, but they are offered. We also buy fuel oil from them for the last 6-7 years, fast delivery and good quality heating oil (no sediment), discounts on orders over 400 gallons. Would recommend them highly to anyone, also plan to use them when our 20+ year old heating and cooling systems finally kick the bucket.

I'm a long-term Green Acres (GA) customer. At 1 time I was an auto fill fuel customer but that…read moredidn't last very long since I used less fuel oil than their AI programs estimated. So. I became a will call/as needed customer and GA simply added a few cents to their auto fill price. Well, today, in our current high price and sock it to everybody you can environment, someone at GA decided faithful long-term customers mean nothing, and as usual, the almighty buck means a while more, So, get-em while you can boys! So instead of the few cents over advertised auto fill price I had usually been charged, this time I was charged $.12 over the advertised auto fill price per gallon, even after I explained my previous many years of experience with GA. It really pays to be a good customer. Fidelity - to thyself be true.

Do not use for pool install. The installers were friendly, however they do not know how to…read morecommunicate. My install was botched, piece missing, they broke part of my French drain, left their personal trash, don't take any trash whatsoever, installed pool too close to the electrical...but wait he didn't see it after I pointed out to him...a 4ft pole is invisible apparently. The owner is like sorry lady your fault. They don't know pool codes for PA. They have no business installing pools.

This review is about ranson pools. Same company…read more Most definitely would not recommend. Worst customer service and communication ever. Company came out on Tuesday June 22nd. This day was particularly cool out and they said they got everything done but tried stretching the liner and could not sp they put some water in and said they would be back in the morning. So they came out on the 23rd and all the water was out of the pool. They discovered that there was a rip in the seam (magically). Heard from the office and she said the guys will be out Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I will let you know for sure by Saturday. So Saturday comes and goes, no word. Tried to reach out. No response. The entire week goes vacation, after me reaching out by phone and text with no word. Finally heard from the office on Friday July 2nd that they would be out Monday Monday 5th. So they came out and left in the middle of the job with the liner laying out in my yard, pieces of pool laying out, trash (both from the pool and wawa trash) also laying out in my yard. Tried to call the company, text, email....about 100 times. No response. Finally had to call the company we bought the pool from. He reached out to his contact. Several more hours go by and we still haven't heard why they left. Called pool company again. He says oh yes I talked to them hours ago. They said the sand was too wet so they couldn't put the liner in, I told them to call you. Yeah. They never did. So finally Tuesday morning I hear from the office. I was that the sand was too wet (well NO kidding when you leave a liner in a pool with a hole in it for 2 weeks when it had been raining) and we were going to have to buy ANOTHER TON of sand and wait until whenever the sand dries. Obviously not happy with this answer as it was going to be raining again and how am I supposed to keep the sand dry. My husband reaches out to the office manager. Very rude, blaming us for the problems. We asked that the owner call us and were told "I hope you don't plan on talking to the ownerr like you're talking to me because things will not go well of you do." All of Tuesday goes by, and Wednesday and most of Thursday. When I get a message saying oh the guys want to come out tomorrow to finish the pool. Still haven't heard from the owner at this point. We ended up getting help from our neighbor and finishing the job ourselves because we had no idea when they would be coming back out. Finally did hear from the owner when we told them that we did it ourselves. Also heard from our neighbors that they watched the installers spend the day sitting in our yard under the tree eating...hence the trash all over my yard. Told the ownerr we wanted money back for having to do the work ourselves. Never heard a word. I know its hard to find a pool installer right now but save your money and do not use them.
