I was scheduled to have it done by a non participating dentist when Krochtengle was referred to me. I called the office to make sure they took my insurance TWICE and was told YES!!!! I canceled the procedure I had scheduled for that day and went for the consult with Krotchtengle. While I was filling out paperwork he came out and said "is this your insurance? This is horrible insurance, we don't take this!!! good luck finding someone who does." Krotchtengle was extremely RUDE with no apologies for their mistake and the office staff isn't very knowledgeable. I say STAY AWAY from this office!!!!!!!

Hands down Dr. Fava and the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics have some of the best people in the Dentistry field. A little background, over the years I was hard on my front teeth and have experienced a ?few? traumatic episodes in which my real teeth and then dental bridge have been knocked out of my face. The trauma has resulted in the degradation of my remaining teeth that support my then existing dental bridge. Dr. Fava was tasked with removing the damaged teeth and replacing them with implants. I cannot thank Dr. Fava and his wonderful staff enough. Dr. Fava is better than great, he is fantastic! His knowledge and expertise in periodontics is astounding. I wasn't crazy about the water and scrapping method used as water got sort of all over and also after the water it was a bit more harsh than I was used to at my old spot, although my NJ hygienist is rare in this way. They were running behind and apologized, but didn't even bring me back until after 4:30 and I wasn't done until after 6. They were apologetic, but I had something to be at at 6:30, but it happens.
