So I called the number listed to make appointments; after going through the need for my office visit, all of my medical history, address, insurance, etc. we finally get to the appointment scheduling part of the phone call -- they can't get me in for almost 2 months. Why did they waste my time getting all my information, and going through all the rest of the 10 minute phone call when I clearly stated it was an urgent need at the beginning of the call. When I questioned the woman on the phone about this and asked if there was any way to get me in sooner, she responded lackadaisically that was the only appointment she had available, but she could add me to the list if she had any cancellations. I have found that some Doctors and Dentists don't think they're a business that needs to worry about customer service anymore; luckily they're listed on Yelp and I'm able to share my experiences with other.
