Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. PRO ~ they don't "rush you" and take their time and he is the first dentist i had where the needle didn't "hurt" badly. And again Jeanine the dental hygienist is the best! For years I was told (if my wisdom teeth don't bother me don't bother them). Well, because I didn't have them looked at by a Oral Surgeon I developed an infection around one wisdom tooth because food was getting trapped which affected the tooth in front causing intense pain. My visit was so easy. But what stands out the most for me was the compassion and urgent care the office provided. The front desk girl told me not to even have a seat in the waiting area. She called a nurse who immediately took me in the back for more extensive X-rays and had me sit in a consult room for a few minutes and then went to get Dr Rothman. My own dental office had me wait for an hour that morning to be seen. Not long after Dr Rothman came in with his beautiful smile. He educated me and left the decision about the others in my hands. But said let's get you out of pain. He was not pushy in any way. The office was very clean and his office staff was incredible, from the folks at the front desk, to the nurse with him during my surgery (I believe her name was V- she is fabulous). They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. And his nurse even held my hand. After the procedure I had a little pain and some swelling, which I expected. Dr. Rothmans office called to check on me the following day. I would highly recommend this office and will be going back for my other wisdom teeth to be removed in April. But I had two teeth out in under 15 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. With memories of elementary school and screaming bloody murder as four baby teeth were extracted--despite laughing gas & local, rather painfully-- I pleasantly floated in the reclined chair with the faint taste of cherry while Dr. Patel and an assistance removed 2 twelve-year molars. That is assuredly a good experience. Maybe it is also because I hated those molars and was so glad to have them gone. But the professional people, confident doctor, and awesome laughing gas could not have hurt.

I needed three bone grafts, and one graft was almost impossible to place because of its location and size; Dr. Whytosek placed the graft, and placed it well. His anesthesiology team was kind and gentle, and performed exceedingly well with no complications or side effects. His staff are all kind and polite and supportive, and are a pleasure to interact with on every level. When I selected this practice, I thought I would be going to an office downtown on Arch Street but then I got an email confirmation but the address was at the Navy Yard. I never would have opted for that because of the drive however I went anyway. The office was beautiful and the views amazing as each station faces the river. The commute however was viscous and as such made me super irritated and anxious, a mood I don't want to be in when settling in to have my teeth worked on. Scheduling follow up appointments was also a chore with timing and miscommunication about what I was scheduled for. I was there to have a cracked tooth repaired but a cleaning kept taking precedence until I made it clear I wanted the bad tooth addressed first. I do give them much credit for the referral to Excel Endodontics for the root canal and the fabulous crown they were able to create because it was not easy. But even after all that I got a text saying my claim was being denied because I had a North Carolina address on my paperwork. Not sure how that happened but it was too much. I hate going to the dentist so I just need an easier experience in the future.

Parking was easy in the lot for the business center, just off of route 30, and the Paoli location was convenient for me, but they also have an Exton office.
