**Extremely disappointed with LaserAway's lack of response and customer service.**…read more I had an account opened using my personal information for a service I did not purchase. I contacted LaserAway after being directed to their team by the collection agency handling the account and provided documentation explaining that this was fraudulent. What is especially concerning is that the date of birth associated with the patient/account was **not my date of birth**. I asked LaserAway a very straightforward question: **What identification was verified when this service was purchased, and how did my personal information become associated with this account?** I sent **multiple emails requesting an investigation and a written response**, including asking how the patient's identity was verified, what identification was provided, and what steps LaserAway was taking to address the issue. Other than contact from the provider, I received **no meaningful response from LaserAway**. I had to file a police report and disputes with the credit bureaus and collection agency to address the situation, and the fraudulent account negatively affected my credit and caused significant stress. For a company handling customers' personal and financial information, I find the lack of communication extremely disappointing. I expected LaserAway to take an identity/fraud complaint seriously and provide basic answers about how my information became attached to an account that was not mine. **I would strongly encourage LaserAway to improve its process for handling identity theft and fraudulent accounts, as well as its communication with customers who are trying to resolve these issues.**

Not one visible improvement. It feels like I threw my money away. At the 3‑month check‑in, when I said I wasn't seeing any changes, they tried to show me "under the skin" results on a photo. That was never what they sold me. They promised visible results in the mirror, not invisible ones on a screen. It felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They also make it very clear they don't offer refunds, but they claim they'll "make every effort to make it right." That is absolutely not true. After the 6‑month mark, I called and spoke to the manager and was told I would get a call within 2 days. No one ever did. I called again the following week and got no answer at all. Zero follow‑through, zero accountability. This entire experience has been a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I feel misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend Blue Divine to anyone.

I seriously cannot recommend Ecobel Med Spa enough!!…read more I literally drive 3 hours just to get there (6 hours round trip), and I would do it over and over again. There are plenty of places closer to me, but when you find someone you trust, it's worth the drive. Eboni is AMAZING. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel so comfortable. She's super down to earth, easy to talk to, and she explains everything so well. It honestly feels like you're hanging out with a friend instead of being at an appointment. My biggest fear was getting duck lips. I told her I wanted my lips to look natural, just fuller and more defined. She actually listened to everything I said, including all the things I didn't want. She gave me her honest opinion and never tried to talk me into doing more than what would look good on me. The pictures speak for themselves. My results are from 2 syringes over 2 separate appointments, and I am obsessed! My lips still look like my lips, just prettier, fuller, and more balanced. That's exactly what I wanted. I love that she doesn't have that "everyone gets the same lips" approach. She looks at your face and recommends what will look best for you. That made such a huge difference. She didn't just make me feel beautiful, she made me feel confident. If you've been thinking about getting lip filler but you're scared they're going to look fake or overdone, trust me... go see Eboni at Ecobel Med Spa. I promise you won't regret it. I'll keep making that 3-hour drive every single time because she's that good. Thank you, Eboni, for always making me feel beautiful!

I have never posted a review before, but I am currently experiencing serious issues with my balance and mobility, which make walking dangerous due to the constant fear of falling. Ecobel's management responded once after I politely requested a return phone call, but I am writing now because I believe they do not genuinely care. They dismiss my concerns, making me feel as though it's my problem and nothing more. I also contacted the doctor affiliated with this business multiple times, requesting a call back, but my messages have been ignored. I strongly advise others to think carefully before visiting this spa, as improper treatment can lead to prolonged recovery--sometimes taking 3 to 4 months to fully recover. I hope you see this warning, as it is important to be cautious.

Jade was at the front desk when I arrived this morning and was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude to me. I had just gone in for an IV, but her abysmal attitude made me turn around and leave. She is not the type of person who meets the standards of decent customer service for a fast food service, let alone a wellness therapy provider. Ginger called before my appointment to let me know they were running about 10 to 15 minutes behind. That level of communication was appreciated, and she was just as warm and welcoming when I arrived. Morgan completed a skin analysis with me before my HydraFacial, taking the time to discuss my skin and recommend products and treatments that could be beneficial. My facial was a complimentary 30 minute service that included cleansing, a mask, moisturizer, and SPF. It was a nice introduction to their skincare services, and I enjoyed the experience without feeling like I was being pushed into purchasing additional treatments. The facility is clean and modern and offers much more than traditional facials, including IV treatments, chemical peels, Botox, GLP 1 services, and other wellness and aesthetic treatments. Since this is a medical spa, the environment feels more polished and clinical than a traditional day spa, while still being relaxing and comfortable. The Midtown location is convenient, and validated parking is free, which is always a plus in this part of Atlanta. I would definitely consider returning to explore some of their other services.
