I bought the cheaper water, 40 cents a gallon, and the young man charged me for the more expensive, 90 cents. I was late noticing it, brought it to his attention. So he refunded my cash and we started over. No big deal. I brought the cart back in after loading the water, and he asked me "What's a dollar worth?" not once, not twice but maybe 10 times. I repeatedly told him I had no idea what he was talking about. i thought he was kidding, but continued to ask the same question in a condescending tone. Finally, I surmised he was saying I owed him a $1 even thought he was the one who gave me change. I tossed the dollar on the counter and asked who his boss or owner was. I would like to speak to him/her. He said, "I'm the boss." I asked if that meant he was the owner. Just repeated "I'm the boss." I told him he acted like an ass and I wouldn't be back. He said it all was my fault because I didn't specify what time of water I was buying. In previous visits over more than two decades, every other employee has either noticed, or asked me. The whole incident was unbelievable. I've been coming to this location since it opened. I've never had a bad experience. Until now. I will not be back.

Also, unlike their competitor, they haven't raised their prices. Nor, have they changed their service practices. In addition, I have used them since I discovered them back in 2005. And rarely, is there a malfunction with any of their machines that I have used. But, on the rare occasion where there is, the company has been prompt and refunding lost monies. For me, my taste is very sensitive to changes in the water. So, it's well worth the drive from my place (my water has a very high Ph. So, with the machines closed to me, I can only use them with 5-7 days after servicing). And, I avoid that conglomeration mess of the traffic lights at the I-10 and Dysart.
