This review if for the ice cream. We come to this specific location just to get Dip-N-Dots and Thrifty's ice cream. My kids love Dip-N-Dots but we usually only get those from amusement parks so it's nice to have a shop we can go to on a regular basis. My husband and I love this place because Thrifty's ice cream is nostalgic and honestly the best ice cream ever. Since all Thrifty's/Riteaides closed down we are so happy we can still get our cravings by the scoop. read more

I usually come at night and use the one outside. Today we came during the day so we went inside. Other customers were so nice and explained to us how to use them and what was an easier. A employee came to us and was so rude told us to use a different one from what the customer had told us and was just throwing out gallons around. Will continue to just come at night and fill and our own pace. read more

Marquez provides great customer service! The second I walked through the door I was instantly greeted. I asked for ice cream and he did it perfectly with the scoops. The store is also super clean so come in and get ice cream read more

I love going to Pure Water Nutrition. They have the most delicious alkaline water I have ever tasted. We have to get a lot of RODI (distilled water ) for our saltwater fish tank so we are in the store often. What I appreciate as much as the water is the cleanliness of the store and the wonderful staff. The owner Susanna sets a great example for her employees and there is not one employee who is not kind and helpful. read more

Amazing People!!! Everyone here is so nice and helpful and me and my family always come here to fill our 5 gallon waters, they always help us clean and refill them and provide us with carts to take them to our cars. This place is so nice and I will always come here!!! read more

It has been a while. I was in the area and decided to stop by and fill up here since I was in the area. Definitely will be our new water place. Though she is young it is like visiting mom's house. Clean organized, and though you serve yourself she is always helping you wash your bottle, filling up, keeping things clean and bringing in the carts for you when not busy helping others inside. She works like a well oiled machine keeping her business in order. The water really tastes great. A little bit more, but great service and the best tasting water in our area. They have some yummy treats to keep you cool in the summer. All on the much healthier spectrum. read more

A little mad at myself for not knowing this was here sooner, but now that I know I can come right?! Tucked away in the back corner of an intersection at 303 and Greenway Pure Water sits. I loved instantly how clean and nice it looked. Most water and ice stores look kind of dingy if you know what I mean. We were greeted immediately and explained a bit where to go since it was our first time. It was pretty self explanatory since everything is well labeled, but it was nice that she was so helpful. I also liked the healthier options of shaved ice and the energy teas. The teas are plant based and gluten free options. To my surprise they were also selling dippin' dots. It's definitely been a minute. Remember when they sold those out of the vending machines at the mall? Anyways great little shop, super clean, friendly and the best part cheaper than other water stores in the valley. read more

This place is always so CLEAN. We go every couple months to get our 72 gallons ( 13 of the 5 gallon bottles and some smaller ones) filled. They always help as well. They have nice sturdy carts to roll your filled bottles out to the car. They are close to our house and the hours are great. I will continue to go to this water store for as long as we live in Surprise. read more

I'm so glad we found this place, I used to fill our water jugs at Walgreens & CVS and it was always so inconvenient. I had been doing it wrong all along. Pure Water Nutrition has earned our business for many reasons. Locally owned and operated AMAZING customer service It's super easy and the prices are reasonable The store is always impeccably clean Always a trouble free and easy stop Provides use of a Ozone Water Bottle Rinser (free of charge) Not to mention, they have great tasting coffee that doesn't cost an arm and a leg AND tastes better than Starbucks coffee ever has(milk substitutes available), shaved ice(dye free), chai tea, and Dippin' Dots! This local business truly deserves our support, they've earned it. read more

My sister and I love stopping here for their lotus drinks. The drinks are delicious and Suzanne is always so sweet.

First time in with our young kids to get drinks and ice cream. The woman who seemed like the owner was kind of snobby and. It very welcoming or friendly to us. She had her regulars walk in and was much nicer and more chatty to them so it mad us feel very awkward. We ordered the ice cream and a couple of drinks then asked for a cup of water for the kids, the woman asked for the size so she knew how to charge us. While she is ringing us up and after we had drank out of our water cup we noticed a free self serve water station with cups that she clearly could have mentioned to us knowing we had little ones but no we paid for the ice basically when all we wanted was water in a cup. There were bistro chairs and tables inside for eating ice cream so our 2 kids enjoyed it. We won't be going back again and won't recommend this place for newbies. Maybe we caught her on a bad day but still we spent $23 in our quick 12 minute visit, she could have been happy for new customers and shown it. read more

**Attention FRIENDS ~ I found the BEST place to get your water! I have been searching for a place that was CLEAN, had TERRIFIC tasting water and FRIENDLY, OUTSTANDING customer service! Well I found it! :) I am so happy to be able to tell you about PURE WATER NUTRITION in Surprise, off of the 303 & Greenway. You can fill up your water bottles (AND sterilize them) with either R.O. or alkaline water. You can grab yourself a plant-based ENERGY drink or even pick up some Dippin' Dots for the kids! I always grab a HUGE bag of ice also because of how PURE & clear it is! Please visit this place - you will not be disappointed. I just absolutely LOVE it here! I hope you will LOVE it too! (Notice how SPOTLESS it is!) Happy to support this amazing business! read more

My husband & I love this shop. The owner is so sweet. We love to go in & get drinks almost every day. I'm also so happy she has dippin dots because they are so hard to find. The drinks are amazing, my fab is the sweet smooch with coconut milk in it. read more

On any given day, this store is amazing. The owner is super friendly and always remembers me and my family when we come in which gives such a great, local feel. But today, she went above and beyond. I am physically limited and couldn't bring help with me today. The owner wouldn't hear of me trying to lift the water alone and shooed me out of the way so she could load it for me. I'm not big on asking for help and rarely get choked up about stuff but her kindness and heartfelt generosity nearly brought me to tears. They have already earned my business, today they get my gratitude, respect and loyalty. Good products are one thing, but true service and community love are a whole different level. Thank you so much, you and your family have restored a little faith that there are genuinely good people in the world. read more

Five star all the way. The opener keeps this place clean she sanitizes anything you touch! She's extremely helpful. She opened sometime in March and completely renovated her location! The water tastes amazing, it's not hard for me to come here weekly for 10 gallons of water. I drive ten miles from my house for this place and love it. read more
