End of the year sale on a beautiful FN at a great price and BSc advertised the manufacturer's rebate as an additional incentive to purchase before the 12/31 deadline. So after checking 'reviews' and thinking a gun store in OH would be run by a group of honorable folks (they advertise 'vet' owned), I bit, made the purchase, giving them all my info (that they can now sell) and they TOOK MY MONEY. What an idiot I am. They later send an email saying the order is cancelled since the item is out of stock.....Wait, what, you are a gun dealer (you literally get guns from manufactures on a daily basis) and you can take the order and my money, yet you don't want to fill the order? Not the buyer's problem that the BSc system, or worker, screwed up. I have been aggrieved. America is the home of capitalism and every business owner has the right to make, or lose, money based on their decisions. This was a FRAUDULENT SALE, as they could have honorably filled the order since the item in question remains in production. Nope. To top it off, in anticipation of the new item, I purchased accessories elsewhere that now are useless and become my problem to eat or return and for sure I will lose money and time dealing with those other merchants who actually honor purchases. I called BSc and got the runaround by the BSc "manager" and "part owner" who were probably the warehouse guys in disguise. They offered nothing to make it right in any way (but my inbox will be full of BSc emails moving forward). A real 'we don't care if you go away mad, we just want you to go away' attitude. STAY FAR AWAY. PS...BSc has issued a response on another platform of 'yeah it's our error, we screwed you, we take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY and we'll have our friends and employee post a bunch of 5-star reviews'. For the record, despite BSc's contention otherwise, I called AMEX and BSc DID CHARGE MY card and later refunded. The BS at BSc continues.

Excellent deal! The place was super clean and well stocked. Lots of nice goodies in there and they also can their own veggies, tell me of another gun store that cans their own veggies! The prices in there were so good that we may have walked out with more than what we were looking for! If you're looking for some great prices and custom builds then this is the place for you. They had some nice custom AR builds on the wall that had some of the best prices around. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and answered all of our questions very professionally. Right off the bat the place is dated, torn carpet, ceiling peeling, and a lot of older equipment. The price tags were turning yellow and it shows how long merchandise has been sitting there. The seat is dirty and there was debris inside the boat. When you are spending close to $1000 on a kayak you expect it to not be beat up. The reason that we were not able to spot all of this before we purchased it is because the store is so small we were not able to get a good look at it. We had to drive to Zanesville to pick up an additional kayak of the same kind. Seeing the new kayak is what made us realize that the one we had purchased and he was used. I'm here at least twice a week and I love this place. They do not have what I call "Range Nazis" that are overbearing and invade your personal space while you're trying to shoot. This place wants everyone to be safe and have fun. They are very accommodating and easy going. It's not the most modern place, but it is the perfect place for shooters to go that don't want to be treated like dummies, like they do at these newer places. I will keep coming back here as long as they continue things the way they are.

The clerk listened and was attentive and understanding. As we left, another person (may have been the owner) stopped us and asked us about our experience. He was so kind and understanding....I would NEVER went back, but way the 2 men responded made a difference and inspired me to give this business as many stars as i could.
