I scheduled my first ever ENT appointment with Del Rey MD in March and with each step of the…read moreprocess, I was thoroughly impressed. Step by step, I was taken care of in a way that I had not received medically since I was a child, or maybe ever. Every question I had or thought I wanted to share was answered and listened to attentively and with genuine enthusiasm. I couldn't believe how deviated my septum was and so scheduling a septoplasty was definitely the next step. I had my procedure done yesterday and each person who helped me was incredibly kind and made me feel safe and comfortable. Even the doctor, whose only job was to perform the procedure made sure to let me know what was happening step by step. Of course, being heavily sedated helped a lot, as I was extremely anxious beforehand, but the care I was given made it even better. So far, not even 24 hours after surgery, I am in no pain whatsoever. They already called me this morning to check up on me and I look forward to my post-op check up. I couldn't recommend this place any more than I already do. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Sigari for a wonderful experience.

Bait and switch. Try a different office. The nurse and doctor I saw were both great--kind,…read moreprofessional, and helpful. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during that part of my visit. Unfortunately, things took a turn when I interacted with Angela (the blonde older lady staff member). She was very aggressive about trying to schedule me for an elective procedure that I wasn't even sure I needed yet. Instead of giving me space to think things over or ask questions, I felt pressured and uncomfortable. She kept making comments about how she works in multiple offices and making the appointment for a few months out would be easier for HER. She kept saying "I can't even call you to follow up in 5 months?" And said I would need to pay my copay to hold the appointment. Her attitude really took a turn and she just handed me a black folder and said "I guess you can just read about it yourself then, you're all set" and I walked myself out without anyone saying goodbye, or following up. I hope the office can address this, because the medical care itself was good--but the end was a total bait and switch.

The forms were delayed so I made a special trip to the office to collect them. The office was closed on a Friday. Finally when the forms came I tried to fill them out the best I could with my failing eyesight. I do well in typing, so I wrote a one page letter explaining my history. Dr. Willner did not want to know anything about my health and had a very rude attitude, bragging about his training. His laptop was the only important thing, not me, the patient. He did not like me, an 93 year old woman, and he let it be known. He made a sarcastic remark to his girl Claudia when her gave instruction for a future appointment. He did not say good-bye to me, but gave me a dirty look. I cancelled the appointment.

My mass turned out to be cancer and Dr. Willner's follow-up has been remarkable. I can't say enough great things about him and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great dr or surgeon. My experience with his staff is also great. They are very friendly and welcoming when you enter the office. If you have to wait a little bit I don't mind because I know I'm getting the best care possible.

One of the horrible decision was walking to this office. I went to urgent care for my ear and they…read moresuggested to see an ENT. It was Friday so i decided to check with Zoc Doc. I saw this Dr name with full availability...I took my appointment for 2:15 while it was too far for me but I decided to give a shot...I've never call back the office but after reading all the bad reviews later on in Yelp I decided to call them. The front desk told me he is not sure why I was able to book the meeting but there is no availability at 2:15 and if i want it, i should go at 1pm. I was surprised that they didnt even check when i took the appointment and if i drive 40+ miles in Friday which all that traffic they were going to reject me!!! Upon arrival, they gave me a ipad with all weird questions that it wasnt related to my situation and when i asked i only came here for my ear check up and rven i dont hsve pain anything he sais then check 0 for pain even its unrelated like its about your sinuses snd etc...The appointment got more interesting that wothout even explanation they directed me to CT scan room. I felt very uncomfortable and i said i just came here for a simple check up...Why this CT for! They told me its their procedure! I said but dr even didnt talk to me to know what is the reason i walked in to the office today and he still was pushing me. And i said no. Then, they put many tools in my ear and the most funny part no one told me ill get checked by PA. There was available PA close by my house and the only reason i drove by to see ENT. They already half of the procedures that i didnt need it! I told them i was in urgent care and they already washed my ear with water and I'm only here to make sure there is no other problem! Because in urgent care they weren't able to go and see inside of the ear with camera! The PA brought the vacuum and started another procedure...i have the worst pain in my whole life! The procedure was to aggressive specially that i already had the cleaning water in the morning! I also asked if Dr Sigari is around they told me no he has many offices! Im still shocked..i feel frustrated and misled..I wished at least they told me there is no ENT in office and ill het evaluated by PA. I regret of my decision specially i didnt have pain at all and now barely i can move my face!
