To my astonishment, he told me there was nothing he could do for me, because that unique color is not something they even make. He suggested I find matching...nail polish! He showed me some kind of dye thing he uses that looks like smelly, gooey nail polish anyway. I nail polished the shoes and they look fabulous! Here's the surprise: he didn't make a penny from me! He just freely gave me his expertise. What a delightful man! What a knowledgeable craftsman! He just won my business for the rest of the time I live in this area of CA. I cannot say enough nice things about this guy's level of commitment to customer service. Use him! Good, honest tradesmen are a gift to the world.
