The pork belly was juicy and falling apart, but the collard greens were very vinegary. If the sauce hasn't been so sweet, the collard greens would way too sour. Although I had my nitpicky comments, I can see myself coming back every month. The pork belly was really wonderful, and I suspect next time will be even better with sauce on the side. The peanut butter came with nutty bars and a Reese's cup, while the strawberry had a whole ice cream bar on top. Everything was really good and tasty. The kids loved the over the top milkshakes and even said they had to save some for later because it was too filling. Both the burger and chicken sandwich exceeded my expectations. I forgot to request how I wanted my burger cooked, but Joe made it just right (medium/medium rare). "The Sauce" on the burger was a nice touch, as was the "313 sauce" and kewpie mayo on the chicken sandwich. The fries had a classic taste to them, similar to McDonald's fries. I'll definitely be keeping tabs on this truck's whereabouts going forward.
