Both the jalapeño cheddar and "frito pie" sausages were top tier. The frito pie sausage is, unfortunately, not a regular menu item. The ribs were flavorful and meaty. The pulled pork was moist and tasty. Even the sides, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, and mac n cheese, were good. Of those 4, I preferred the beans and cornbread. The platter came with 3 sauces, Texas pepper, sweet smoke, and honey mustard. The sweet smoke was my favorite. If you haven't gotten the hint by now, Bubba's is a must try.
