They then told us we had to take the bill of sale to the DMV to get this sorted only to find out that the bill of sale is filled out backwards. (Basically saying we bought our old car and traded in the new one). The finance department makes promises they do not keep ie: Mailing the check to our bank for the trade in payoff. Also, very difficult to get in contact with anyone regarding our issues. 0/10 recommend. This has been going on for 2 months now with no end in sight. On the day of I received no calls, emails or texts and they did not come to pick up my car nor did they reach out for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted to call twice around the fifteen minute late and hour late marks and was not able to contact anyone as their AI was not set for prompts with missed appointments.
