He came to my house three different times and couldn't figure out what was wrong with the freezer. After the third trip, before leaving, he told me to just replace the whole thing through warranty. Right after he left, my refrigerator started making all types of noises but I didn't pay it any mind. When I woke up the next day, I noticed that nothing was cold inside the fridge. He damaged our fridge on 12/8. I have tried to reach out to him and gotten no response, the home warranty has tried to reach out and got no response. for some reason he elected to have another contractor come out is what I was told through American home shield. Unfortunately, they can't come out to my house until two days after Christmas. All of this has been a stressor and I have 6 small kids and it's around the holidays. We had to go out and buy a mini fridge until the next contractor comes and I'm sure it'll need to be replaced. I am pleased to report that after dealing with Blalock's Appliance on several occasions, I am quite satisfied and will continue to do business with them in the future should the need arise. Rather than making a trip to my house to collect the fee for making a house call and potentially inventing some costly repair, the staff walked me through what turned out be a simple fix right over the phone at no cost. They'll also fix your TV for a pretty reasonable price. Hopefully your appliances will last forever! If not, be glad Blalock's is nearby.
