In the interim TM is having difficulty moving about because she doesn't have a functional chair. Need immediate action to replace the chair before additional health issues are created or refund of purchase price (paid cash). Was told it takes 10 days to get a refund. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I can't imagine a business that can't take action because the manager is not there. Make this right by replacing the chair immediately.

I just came here to say beware of doing business with Kirk's appliances in Roxboro. my freezer…read morestopped working a week before Thanksgiving, I contacted my home warranty company and they sent Kirk's appliances out the same week. He came to my house three different times and couldn't figure out what was wrong with the freezer. After the third trip, before leaving, he told me to just replace the whole thing through warranty. Right after he left, my refrigerator started making all types of noises but I didn't pay it any mind. When I woke up the next day, I noticed that nothing was cold inside the fridge. He damaged our fridge on 12/8. I have tried to reach out to him and gotten no response, the home warranty has tried to reach out and got no response. for some reason he elected to have another contractor come out is what I was told through American home shield. Unfortunately, they can't come out to my house until two days after Christmas. All of this has been a stressor and I have 6 small kids and it's around the holidays. We had to go out and buy a mini fridge until the next contractor comes and I'm sure it'll need to be replaced.
