I've been to this location plenty times and last night I received the most subpar customer service ever. The staff seemed annoyed that I was there. I understand that it was midnight on a Monday, but this is Buc-ee's - they're known for many things, including customer service. The young woman at the bakery felt the need to finish off her conversations before she could help me. Also the young woman at the register rushed my check out, didn't give me napkins, and as soon as my card went through she walked away. I wasn't offered my receipt or anything napkins. I'm only giving this 2 stars opposed to 1 star because this was the only time I've had a bad experience at this location. read more

Great gas station very entertaining to be a gas stations. It's definitely full service and good food.

I love buc-ees BUT I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they don't have a phone number you can reach anyone at.. seeing how it's a "tourist attraction" you would think they have a system in place for lost and found but they don't. They have an email on the website for you to reach out to and wait 2 weeks for a response. That's asinine. read more

Between this and the Warner Robbins location, this is closer at least AND on the way to Costco so that's a bonus. Buc-ees is considered to be the Disneyland/world of the south; prices add up and it might not be for everyone. Restrooms are clean but let's be honest, we really just tried to get there for the brisket tacos this morning. We have been to other locations (including Texas) so if we're really going to compare this one is ok. Food wise I'm not sure if this is a recent change but the breakfast brisket tacos seemed to have more egg than brisket which is ok I suppose but it was also a bit overwhelming as the eggs were not exactly a hard scramble- still on the fairly soft scramble. We also picked up fried apple pies, beaver tots (not sure if it was just our bag but they were very soggy. Just get the beaver chips at lunch if anything), key lime pie, and a breakfast burrito. 4/5 because location is closer to where we live and there's a bit more to do in the Auburn area if you're looking for a day trip. 3.5/5 regarding food because something about it this time around was just ok but did the job 5/5 for cleanliness- we got there at a decent hour and just before the travel and lunch rush so it really wasn't as packed as most other places can be read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I have always enjoyed going to Buc-ees. The food is always there ready. Parking is always there. Customer service is one of the best. Overall, best gas station in the world. read more

Bathrooms were very clean and nice, however due to the fact they only carry coke products no Mountain Dew

Love Bucees. You can never go wrong with anything you order. I love watching the staff prepare the food fresh. I enjoyed getting souvenirs.for family and friends. read more

This is for the chopped brisket sandwich. Thumbs down . I get it brisket has fat-but when you chop it up to make a sandwich you're supposed to discard the white chunks of lard. Mine was 2/3 meat and 1/3 nasty fat chunks . $8.49? I wouldn't pay $3.25 for one. I'll pass on the food from now on. read more

Wonderful as always. Wish they would have had a squeegee at the pumps to clean the windshield.

I tried to send them an email through their contact us page, but they sent an email to "click link" below to confirm my email, but it was unclickable. Let's me know by looking at the other negative reviews, they don't give a damn after they get your money. If you spend over $28.00 for 2 club sandwiches, you should get what you paid for, instead of getting shorted. The sad part was she repeated my order to me as she gave it to me! Fuckem! read more

Buc-ee's is the best thing about America. Nothing compares to this place. Best experience.

Yea I recommend. What else do you do for the cleanest bathroom, most pumps, best food, nice help, and best merchandise...

Just a cool place. Dont go in there broke though...theres way too many things you have to try!

Visited early Saturday morning for breakfast and the bakery was out of their signature beaver tails. Big disappointment.

I really enjoyed walking around this place!!! It's really expensive though! A brisket sandwich is 12.99! But my son said it worth it. I lost count on all the gas pumps! But it was worth the trip. They have some very nice merchandise. Just make sure you have money or a low balance on your credit cards. Because you going to want to buy everything! read more

I used to work there, we give y'all expired food and bad meat. We drop food on the floor and still serve it.

Ok, we've always loved Buc-ees for the brisket sandwich but OH BOY don't over look the burritos!! Obviously homemade tortillas pushes these over the top. We had the chicken burrito tonight and it was fantastic. Our favorite burrito of all times is from a 'dive' in Oakland CA and this is a very close 2nd. We've been looking for a good burrito in the South for 20 years and we've finally found it at Buc-ees of all places. It does have a little kick' to it so don't get it expecting a genteel burrito. Go to Buc-ees and enjoy some great Mexican food!' read more

It had very clean restrooms as advertised and the shopping was both surprising and awesome. Great outdoor gear, cool Bucees gifts, and great BBQ Sandwiches ready to eat. We also got gas stone of the 150 pumps- just an amazing gas station experience. I recommend stopping especially on long trips. read more

Great experience with the kids... great food I had an amazing time it's a must return trip

Brisket sandwich was nothing but fat, was like chewing on a tire. Neither myself nor my girlfriend could finish our sandwiches. Also had a key lime pie cup that was ok, but definitely wasn't worth the price. I will stop for gas/bathrooms, but will never get the brisket again. read more

Yesterday the wife and I traveled to Auburn, Alabama to try the brisket sandwich that I have heard about. We have never been to a Buc-ee's before. We've seen them advertised on our travels but never stopped to check one out. Well, after our visit yesterday and trying the sliced brisket sandwich, we will never pass by a Buc-eye's again. We're going to stop at every single one. Our only problem was the parking. It was very hard to find a place to park. Then when you get your food there's no place to sit except in your car. We would love it if they had picnic tables out on the grass. Someone please tell us a good time to visit Buc-ee's when it isn't packed? Talk about standing room only, that's about all there was yesterday. There were so many people. I was impressed with the quick checkout with all those people there. We can't wait to go back again, especially because I heard that they make their own jerky. Gotta try that stuff. I'm definitely going to have another Sliced brisket sandwich. That thing was soo good. I also want to try the club melt. read more

We to Buc-ee's for the 1st time while traveling through Auburn AL. Started off really nice, bathrooms were nice and clean. Didn't really need anything.....a friend recommended a brisket sandwich. The staff was friendly and even offered me a sample. Decided to be the turkey sandwich and homemade chips so I needed a drink, great selection. Before it was over I amassed just over $108 in snacks (I didn't really need). I decided to get some burritos to take home for my wife, I asked for a paperbag for my warm items. The lady informed me bags would be available at the front counter. Checked my items out and the cashier bagged my items and I paid. I asked for a paperbag for my warm items. Cashier said they only had plastic. I went back to the warm counter where I saw the paperbags earlier and requested one. I was informed the no paperbags could be given out and I could speak to a manager. I turned around and there was a manager standing behind me and said I could not have a paperbag. I informed the manager I would return my items. Went to the front cashier where 2 managers were waiting to explain the store policy to not give out paperbags because everything was accounted for to small details. He processed my returns while depositing the items in the trash can. I see the charges pending on my card by not the refund yet. For me it was the principle. Buc-ee's didn't budge on their policy and I didn't support purchasing any goods. read more
