Coffee bar

Just another well-deserved five star review for Buc-ee's! I'll focus on the joy of coffee--see pictures, good selection and fresh!--compounded by the joy of the truly nice people who work here! They offered to help David get a selfie with his coffee, but his phone died. Is this an international tourist destination now? Seems reasonable... Next time? Brisket...

Buc-ee's (3284 N Mulroy Rd, Springfield, MO 65803) We stopped at Buc-ee's on our way back home from Branson. I think it has a great location, convenient for food, snacks and even household goods. However, I say if you get anxious in crowded and congested places like myself, just avoid it or have someone go in and shop for you. This is my second time there at this location and I felt very overwhelmed by the crowd both times. Every turn I made I was running into another shopper. Also their Triple Mix popcorn was way sugary and had more caramel popcorn than cheddar and butter popcorn.

This is a very busy location, but the staff doesn't excellent job, keeping products stocked and customers moving through the lines. We stopped twice on our trip, once on the way down and once on the way back. The first visit was extremely busy. It was difficult to shop because of the number of people. However, they have the best gas prices in the area. On the way back through the store was much less crowded and we really enjoyed our trip.

This place is a bit nuts! It was crazy busy. 30 gas pumps out front. We found a parking spot, the lot is big. Inside they have a bit of everything. They also serve food and it looked pretty dang good. We were in there 45 minutes and I managed to spend $82, it wasn't hard at all. We were under a time crunch to get to where we were going and didn't have a lot of time so we will have to come back again to check out some more of the items and the brisket sandwiches.

I've never had a bad experience at Bucee's and to be honest, when I hear people complain about it, it's for silly reasons. We are in the area a few times a year and we always stop. Never for gas and I suggest you don't go to that area as thats the most crowded part of the lot. Park by the tesla chargers and you'll be fine getting out. The store has everything and is always changing it for seasons. The food had a few changes this trip (chicken, homemade chips) but you can always count on a good snack from here. Prices aren't bad. Ambiance is fun. Say HI to Bucee when he walks by and just have fun!

This was my first ever visit to Buc-ee's, and I can see what the hype is all about. I wish I wouldn't have had lunch right before stopping in, because they had an impressive house made BBQ menu! Their gas was the cheapest our entire drive from Branson to STL as well. Highly recommend!

We don't have a Buc-ee's close enough to us just yet. So when we see one we need to stop and take it in. They have some pretty darn good beef Jerky and the station/store is huge! Soo many items. We picked up some beef jerky, fudge, candies cashews, some key chains, a brisket and cheese burrito, Taffy, gum, some other things and of course, gas. The washroom is pretty cool. Large! Store is clean, fully stocked and staff is very nice.

This is a great Buc-ee's location. The gas was the cheapest in the area, and the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. If you haven't been to a Buc-ee's previously, it's a must-try. This enormous gas station has everything you need, to include great food. It's like Walmart in a gas station, but with better food.

This was my first time at a Buc-ee's, and this place is amazing. It's basically a Walmart, not quite as big, but has EVERYTHING. Got a few Buc-ee's branded items, and some drinks from the cooler. But could have gotten a lot more, but didn't want to go overboard, lol. Not sure if we'll pass another one on our travels... but we may go back to this one on our way out of town to grab gas there too, as it had one of the lowest prices as well.

From Austin, first time at Buc-ee's today. Here are some thoughts: -If you like crowds and long lines, then Buc's is definitely for you. -Buc-ee's is like Walmart meets a gas station. This place has the most pumps and the most decent food options I've ever seen at a gas station. -Does not lend itself to short gas station stops. If you're a stickler for efficiency, you won't love Buc-ee's. -But... this is the gas station everyone can agree on. They have something for everyone : ) Highly recommended!!

I was staying in St. Louis and my friend mentioned there is a Buc-ee's in Springfield which was the area I was headed to, to pick up my new puppy. This is my first time going to a Buc-ee's and I heard nothing, but great things about it and the one thing everyone had told me if I will spend a lot of money here and, boy, they were not lying lol. I arrive and I park at a gas pump since, I needed gas and the gas is super cheap reg $2.11 a gal I walk into the store and it's huge and extremely full of people. My time was limited as my puppy needed to eat and I had a 3 hr drive back to St. Louis. I grab a cart and start hitting the plushie section, then the other merch section and got a huge umbrella. I then hustle to the snack section and get some beaver nuggets and pork rinds. I the get to the glazed nut section where they are hot and fresh. The big back in me then went to the hot food section because I was told to try the brisket sandwich. I grab a regular size sandwich not realizing as I am walking away they have the XXL bbq brisket sandwich and I get that one instead. I get a fountain drink and I like they have their own brand. I mixed cream coconut soda with pineapple soda yummy! I get some magnets and I stop at the smoked meats section and get a couple different beef jerky's and I forgot to get a couple summer sausage, but I'll be back! I got to the register to pay, the older lady that rang me up wasn't all that friendly as though she hated her job, not hello or thank you said. All the other cashiers were cheery, friendly and welcoming. I wasn't going to let that negative Nancy cashier steal my joy whatsoever. I also paid for my gas, bring from California our gas is high so I assumed $25 would fill it up since I was at a quarter tank of gas. Buc-ee's definitely got my money that's for sure. I filled my tank up at $18 my mind was blown literally. I'm use to paying well over $4 a gal lol. I will definitely be back when I have much more time to look around. I call this the Costco of gas station convenience stores.

Got gas. Used the potty... Super clean bathrooms. Got several snacks. And bought a shirt! And some jerky. And some beer! I will return in the area!

I've been a fan of Buc-ee's for years but the new design is making me love it more. This location must have 100 pumps. No matter what, the sales floor is immaculate, the bathrooms are sparkling clean, and the staff always has a smile. Thanks for all three. 5* for a convenient store gas pump? Whoever heard of such a thing. We spent $75 inside on trinkets, snacks, and a really good bbq brisket sandwich. Gas prices seemed low.

I came in for smoke, and the guy didn't like how I spoke to him, said I had an attitude, when I did…read morenot... but when he refused service, I showed what an attitude was. Completely overly sensitive and dumb. Was gonna spend $100+ at his store, and he kept going with me trying to be clear... place is full of junk and poorly kept. I am sure he has had this issue before... completely a must miss. Don't give this place the time of day, crack house vibes.

If I could give negative stars I would. I stopped at this location on Saturday 3/23. I ran my card…read moreat the pump and immediately realized I chose premium instead of regular while I still had the pump in my hand. I cancelled the transaction, and a receipt printed. Mind you I had not put the pump in until the receipt printed out which should have meant the transaction was completed. I then re-ran my card and chose the appropriate button of regular and then clicked the pump on and it began fueling. I was curious about the receipt and pulled it out. It showed that I pumped almost two gallons of gas, which I was curious how that would happen when I didn't put the pump in until the receipt had printed, which you would think would mean there should be no charge. I went in and asked the guy at the counter, and he was calm and professional for the little bit that I spoke with him. Then another man came around counter and asked me what was wrong, I explained, and he said it was a temporary hold, and it would fall off. While he was explaining this the man behind the counter was shaking his head "NO". I asked him why it would say I pumped 1.7 gallons if it was just a "hold". This is where things turned. The man then told me I did pump gas and when I tried to tell him I never put the pump in my car until the transaction was cancelled. He started to raise his voice and began screaming at me and coming closer to me eventually screaming almost in my face and cussing and screamed " you are effing stupid and you never even looked at the pump while you were pumping your gas". To which I met his level of treatment and screamed back " I never put the effing pump in my car". He proceeded to continue to scream and get closer (mind you he is a man, and I am a woman by myself) when I told him that was stealing to charge someone for gas they never pumped, and he told me to call the state to which I am currently doing. I would be careful coming here as there is no way I pumped two gallons of gas without ever putting it in my car until the transaction was cancelled. If the transaction did not in fact cancel before me putting the pump in my car, then how did it print the receipt saying how much was pumped? bottom line it seems like they are shady and how I was treated when I asked how this was possible and then being treated with such aggression and hostility that I was met with. It is not about the $5.23 I can afford that, I mostly wanted to know how it was possible to pump gas without ever putting the pump in and pulling the lever. Seems like this place is not only shady, but they are also very aggressive and inappropriate.
