I've never had a bad experience at Bucee's and to be honest, when I hear people complain about it,…read moreit's for silly reasons. We are in the area a few times a year and we always stop. Never for gas and I suggest you don't go to that area as thats the most crowded part of the lot. Park by the tesla chargers and you'll be fine getting out. The store has everything and is always changing it for seasons. The food had a few changes this trip (chicken, homemade chips) but you can always count on a good snack from here. Prices aren't bad. Ambiance is fun. Say HI to Bucee when he walks by and just have fun!

After being told NO with a very short and quick response, I simply grabbed my bag and left. Despite what one might assume, everyone who is tattooed is not a THIEF! Bottom line, if that is how your going to treat your customers, there are too many options in this town as far as Smoke Shops are concerned. I will be doing business elsewhere. Very disheartening!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I stopped at this location on Saturday 3/23. I ran my card…read moreat the pump and immediately realized I chose premium instead of regular while I still had the pump in my hand. I cancelled the transaction, and a receipt printed. Mind you I had not put the pump in until the receipt printed out which should have meant the transaction was completed. I then re-ran my card and chose the appropriate button of regular and then clicked the pump on and it began fueling. I was curious about the receipt and pulled it out. It showed that I pumped almost two gallons of gas, which I was curious how that would happen when I didn't put the pump in until the receipt had printed, which you would think would mean there should be no charge. I went in and asked the guy at the counter, and he was calm and professional for the little bit that I spoke with him. Then another man came around counter and asked me what was wrong, I explained, and he said it was a temporary hold, and it would fall off. While he was explaining this the man behind the counter was shaking his head "NO". I asked him why it would say I pumped 1.7 gallons if it was just a "hold". This is where things turned. The man then told me I did pump gas and when I tried to tell him I never put the pump in my car until the transaction was cancelled. He started to raise his voice and began screaming at me and coming closer to me eventually screaming almost in my face and cussing and screamed " you are effing stupid and you never even looked at the pump while you were pumping your gas". To which I met his level of treatment and screamed back " I never put the effing pump in my car". He proceeded to continue to scream and get closer (mind you he is a man, and I am a woman by myself) when I told him that was stealing to charge someone for gas they never pumped, and he told me to call the state to which I am currently doing. I would be careful coming here as there is no way I pumped two gallons of gas without ever putting it in my car until the transaction was cancelled. If the transaction did not in fact cancel before me putting the pump in my car, then how did it print the receipt saying how much was pumped? bottom line it seems like they are shady and how I was treated when I asked how this was possible and then being treated with such aggression and hostility that I was met with. It is not about the $5.23 I can afford that, I mostly wanted to know how it was possible to pump gas without ever putting the pump in and pulling the lever. Seems like this place is not only shady, but they are also very aggressive and inappropriate.

Can't really put my finger on it with this one. The store had the essentials that most convenience…read morestores would have, and the cost of gas was very reasonable. The staff (1 guy, 1 woman) hardly said anything to the customers coming in, including myself. No acknowledgement of any kind. I had to almost beg the guy to get a bag for my purchases. There's an argument to be made for rating this Walgreens much worse (more on that in a moment), but…read moreits ultra-convenient location generally helpful staff are more than enough to save it from 1- or 2-star oblivion. Those are two really important qualities for stores of this variety, so it's important to give credit where it's due. That being said, this location has a tendency to humor the loitering impulses of neighborhood miscreants, and is frequently occupied by meth addicts who are clearly there for some purpose other than to shop. Admittedly, it's hard to know how much of this is within the staff's control (maybe Walgreens has some corporate policy about never asking anyone to leave?). Regardless, it makes the store feel less safe than it otherwise could be - which is why I only go here alone, and make it a point to never bring my child. But I DO go here all the same, and despite being confronted with an aspect of society I'd prefer to avoid, I can't say I've ever had a memorably bad experience.
