When I arrived, Dr. Kelly refused to perform the simple request I came in for and instead tried to upsell me on four different unnecessary treatments--including Invisalign and veneers. Her reasoning made no sense and it was painfully clear that her priority was making money, not patient care. To make matters worse, the assistant and front office staff were unresponsive and disorganized--it took days just to get a basic appointment scheduled. The experience felt unprofessional and dismissive from start to finish. Afterward, I consulted two other dentists who had no issue assisting me and treated me with professionalism and genuine care--something that was completely lacking at Dr. Kelly's office. Oh, and the waiting room? The furniture is far too low to the ground--completely inconsiderate for many patients. It's just another sign that money is being pocketed rather than reinvested in patient experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

When I confronted DFD about this - they told me that Aetna was apart of our insurance. When I called my Insurance company , they said " wehave no affiliation with Aetna". In the meantime , my husband had been seen for extensive dental work and only a portion was being covered ( because we were already out of network without our knowledge). The front desk girl, McKenna continued to bill our insurance per usual and told us she was doing that. If we had payments due at the time , we paid them, Not even realizing it was because they already dropped our insurance at DFD. I think they could've handled this better and TOLD us when we were there multiple times over a 6 month period that we were no longer in network. Once we did find out , we switched dentists immediately! Guess what ? No out of pocket costs either !

I had a specific appointment set and throughout the years they never made a mistake until this time. My card listed one date and time and just before that date/time I received a text from them confirming my appointment for a week later. At 66 years of age I thought, maybe I was confused; but I wasn't. When I called and asked why they moved my appointment out one week, they said they didn't. They threw the hygienist under the bus and then told me they'd understand if I wanted to find a new dentist. At first I said, of course not, let's keep the appointment. But then after speaking to my wife about this, we realized they didn't actually want our business and didn't care if they lost it. My wife and I are both in the service industry and we were flabbergasted by this attitude. Importantly, the person with whom I had this conversation identified herself as the office manager! I'm sure her supervisor is very proud of her. I cannot recommend this practice. By the way, I'm truly an easy going guy, that's why I initially agreed to keep the appointment after she suggested I take my business somewhere else. This was a little hurtful.

I took my kids to Dr. Davies pediatric from age 2 to age 11 and 13. Dr. Davies has a very quick and rapid speech she gave each time of "all is good." She's like a robot. As the kids started orthodontic care, it became apparent that their oral care was not as good as Dr. Davies was saying. I switched them over to a family dentist who has treated my relatives for years and it has been an embarrassment to find out the condition their teeth are really in. Not only are sealants already needed. But both kids have had such cavities that with one of them it's as if they had not seen a dentist in years. What a joke Dr. Davies is! I would not recommend her to anyone. Take your kids to a family dentist. They don't need all the fluff of a pediatric dentist. After paying thousands to Dr. Davies to do nothing, I'm now facing thousands in fillings and clean up treatment for my kids.

This is common in 25% of population and poses no threat what so ever." I called Delafield dentist immediately after my appointment to tell them of the doctors opinion. It was like deaf ears! Dental insurance would not cover the xray. Said it was a medical claim. Medical would not cover the $275.00 saying it was unauthorized and/or not pre-authorized. After 18 months of this with them, they sent me to collections. I have shared all the details with two of the accounts receivable team. Both were sympathetic to what happened and neither felt I should have to incur this cost. On top of that...they wanted me to book a deep cleaning for 2 teeth. I mad an appointment for it and my follow up for 6 months. Two weeks before the deep cleaning appointment I had to cancel it due to overseas travel. I received a voicemail that they would cancel it and my next scheduled cleaning. I was told for legal reasons they could not clean my teeth before the I had the deep cleaning! I called when I got back. Obviously my cleaning appointment was gone, i needed to wait another 4 months past my scheduled cleaning to get a new appointment. Then was told they WILL NOT schedule it until after the 2 tooth deep cleaning was completed. I found a new dentist! What a shame to treat a client like that. For this reason I can not recommend this dentist and practice to anyone.
