It was, and I had a new level of confidence in me when I walked my daughter down the aisle. Today I visited him again to get a new set of retainers. After not seeing him in 24 years, he came out of his office to say hello to me. In my 84 years of meeting people, I can honestly say he is a genuinely good honest person. When my teeth finished getting straightened, I told him I would write a review expressing my appreciation for what a good job he did. To my surprise he told me that if I ever needed new retainers, he would give them to me at no cost. It was nothing on paper, just a verbal promise. Today 9/26/24 Dr. Bubon kept his promise. You don't find honest people like him in this world any more. He told me the technician who worked on me is still with him after 40 years of service. That tells you what his employees think of him.
