I used Yelp Request a Quote and was happy to find Maids Envy fit the bill. The owner, Ricky, was quick to respond and able to provide a quote and scheduling all via Yelp DM which was appreciated. The couch cleaners (who are also carpet cleaners) came on Tuesday and the house cleaners came Wednesday. Both worked very efficiently, especially the house cleaners who managed to clean our two story, three bedroom place in a little over an hour between the three of them. Overall, I was happy with the job. There were a few things overlooked like the trash in the bathrooms but the big picture was satisfactory! The price was competitive compared with a couple of other quotes I got. Ricky called me after they were done for payment over the phone which was easy and he was very kind. I'd definitely consider opting in for a more regular cleaning with Maids Envy if we want that down the line.

The issue here is with communication with the vendor. I was supposed to receive a call after the service to pay via credit card. Would you imagine I had to hound them for a few days in order to pay up the balances? Again , the ladies did a great job and so I wanted to pay up quickly. I messaged Ricky for days before he finally called. Finally, I've been trying to get in contact with him via Yelp and email to try to book another cleaning. I've not gotten a response, so it looks like I am now going to have to find another cleaning service to take my business. So disappointed.

I felt like a lot of care and attention to detail went into the service. We generally try to keep a tidy home, but also have high standards for what clean is. In my experience most house cleaning services take care of the basics and can miss a lot of details. Not ShayShell! They took care of the few specific problem areas I pointed out, did a fantastic job with the rest of the house and took care of a couple small details that I wouldn't think of, or be bothered to clean. ShayShell offers fair, competitive prices that are very easy to understand, easy to communicate with, great attitude and, as mentioned, amazing attention to detail!

I contacted several cleaning companies to get bids. Reshell was the first person to get back to me, and when we couldn't find a date that worked, she offered to clean the house on Labor Day, which really impressed me. Luckily, my schedule changed and we were able to settle on a date. Reshell and her husband came out to clean, and they did a fantastic job. Reshell is a clean-freak, which is a great attribute! My house sparkled and it smelled so much better. I have never used a cleaning service before, and I can see how one could get totally spoiled! I highly recommend them, they do a great job and the pricing is very reasonable. I plan on using them again very soon.

Also the guy said to my face that he wiped down the windows which was so blatantly untrue I almost admired his nerve. This was a complete waste of time and way over priced for the less than half job they provided. Update - my toilet is now leaking in the upstairs bathroom - no clue as to how the guy was able to accomplish this, it certainly wasn't from cleaning it too aggressively. Totally unacceptable. Absolutely unbelievable. This place should be shut down. I forgot to mention that the guy cleaning also hawked a lap top from my house, putting my personal address on the Orderup app to have a stranger meet him at my home (his job at the time) to sell a computer.
