I hired maid complete for a move in/deep clean and paid for additional services. The maid obviously vacuumed and mopped, which I appreciate. Unfortunately the fridge was not cleaned out, surfaces were not dusted and my kitchen cabinets and appliance fronts were not cleaned. I'm moving by myself and now I have to clean by myself as well before I can finish moving. For $244 I expected better. This company is a joke. Didn't even vacuum or wipe down the counter tops, not to mention dusting anywhere. Also the guy said to my face that he wiped down the windows which was so blatantly untrue I almost admired his nerve. This was a complete waste of time and way over priced for the less than half job they provided. When asking for a refund I was told they could send another bad crew out but were unable to process money back. Stay away from these clowns. Update - my toilet is now leaking in the upstairs bathroom - no clue as to how the guy was able to accomplish this, it certainly wasn't from cleaning it too aggressively. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We've tried to work with them 3 times now and each time has been TERRIBLE for different reasons. The first time, we paid for a deep cleaning and two people came. When we walked through the house together after the cleaning, we had to point out numerous things in EVERY ROOM that they had missed. Given that it was our first time working with them, we kept asking "is this included in a deep cleaning?" and every time they said yes, then quickly tried to fix the things they missed. They ended up re-doing both bathrooms and dusting things throughout the house. The second time, one person came, she showed up a couple hours late and did a semi-good job. She was working very hard, but SKIPPED TWO ROOMS ENTIRELY and did not even check in before she left to see if things were good. She did not mop the floors well and I spend a lot of the day filling those gaps. The third time, NO ONE SHOWED UP. They have a 1 hour grace period and I called the company after an hour, at which point they told me that they have a 1 hour grace period and that she would investigate and call me back. I'm still waiting to hear. [Update] Maid Complete called me back 1.5 hrs later and told me someone would be coming. They offered a 10% discount and asked me to take down this review. Two ladies arrived 3 hours after the scheduled slot and cleaned for a little over 1 hour. It was not a good cleaning. read more

THEY STOLE! We hired Maid Complete to clean the house of my elderly grandparents. We set up nanny cams once we discovered jewelry and cash had been missing. We sent the videos to Maid Complete and they DID NOT fire him and ignored attempts to resolve this matter. He stole all of my Grandma's jewelry that she has worn throughout her life which has devastated my mom. He also stole at least $200 in cash on top of that as my grandpa kept cash in the cabinet and assumed he had just forgotten that he took it out. Again, Maid Complete did nothing! Also, he just sprayed febreeze to "clean". This is all on video and Maid Complete did not care. This happened through the Arizona Maid Complete, but its all the same corporation. Update: Soon after posting about my experience, I received a call from Douglas, I believe the owner. He was very distressed to learn that my cleaning results were so far off from how he wants his customers to be satisfied. He apologized profusely and asked how we could ensure I'm completely satisfied moving forward. We agreed on some steps to resolve the matter and I have a lot more confidence that Maid Complete is very concerned and invested in doing a good job and resolving issues until their customers are happy. At this point I feel that I would try the service again and receive better results. I also feel happy just knowing that my experience is one they are actively willing to fix. --- After a super busy month and very little time for cleaning I called to book a deep cleaning in preparation for a large event we were hosting. I asked questions in my call to Maid Complete about how the estimates happen and they said it was a flat fee regardless of whether it was pretty messy or rather clean. I requested and paid more for the "deep clean", knowing the house had been neglected for a while. On the day my appointment was booked, the cleaners arrived at different times. The first one who seemed to be more in charge asked how I wanted to proceed and we agreed they'd start in the bathrooms while I finished organizing and prepping some areas for cleaning because I was running behind. I told them clearly I didn't expect any organizing from them. In the middle of the prep I was doing, my child alerted me to someone cleaning in the kitchen first not the bathroom, but the kitchen was an area I still needed to put away items in. I came down and explained there had been some confusion but the space wasn't fully ready for them and asked if they'd mind beginning in the bathroom. This prompted them to call management and complain that the house had "more than a deep cleaning amount of work". Well, yes if you didn't bother to listen and start where you said you would, it would be more intensive to go into messier areas. But I had not wanted that. Management seemed to grasp my intentions to organize ahead of their cleaning and we agreed they would work until the deep clean was complete even if it went over my original estimate and I would be billed further. I felt very mixed about that since I didn't believe that there would truly be more than a deep cleaning required if I was able to prep first. But it was most important that things were well cleaned and I communicated that desire. I spent the rest of the day organizing a bit ahead of their cleaning and all seemed to go more smoothly with how things were structured from then on. Toward the end I was asked to look around before they started mopping. I said okay but they began mopping anyway. One area I could check was the laundry room. The floor was insanely sticky so I asked them to go over it again but it didn't seem to happen. I didn't want to track footsteps all over my house so I couldn't really look at anything except the front door area which seemed okay. One of them had also made many remarks about being so so hungry that, to be honest, I felt uncomfortable asking someone to go hungry to clean some more, especially after they had already complained to management that the house was extra messy and hadn't seemed to go over what I did bother to mention. An hour later when the floors were dry and they were gone, I was able to walk over the house and look around and wow. I regretted deeply not being able to check before. This has got to be the worst cleanings I have ever received. Small appliances weren't dusted off. Tops of things weren't wiped down. The couches and tables hadn't been swept under and had debris around. Counters hadn't been wiped down. And they had moved many things in my kitchen to unknown spots. (Like removing my knife block away from where I kept it) The laundry room floor was still sticky. I used water and a towel and cleaned it in a couple minutes. I spent another couple of hours touching many areas up and I found myself frustrated to be doing something as basic as cleaning under the edge of the couch when I had shelled out over $400 for cleaning service. Although the people were very polite and pleasant, I wouldn't recommend using this service. I hired Maid Complete for a move out and paid additional for cleaning the fridge, stove and inside kitchen cabinets. This was for a 4 bedroom/3 bath/2400 sq ft house. One maid showed up at 2:30 p.m. I called the company after I learned that one maid was intending to do the job. I was told that they planned 3-4 hours for a move-out cleaning, which I did not believe was enough, and was told that a manager would call me back. The cleaning was on Monday afternoon. A manager never called me. Tuesday we checked the house. It clearly had been cleaned, but areas had clearly been untouched. The carpet had been vaccuumed, but there was still sticky food on the kitchen and dining room floors and food spots on the counters. The inside of the cabinets had not been cleaned at all. The bathroom vanity had not been touched either, and the mirror not cleaned. Baseboard were not wiped down. Dirt was left on the windowsills. I took photos and sent them to the email address on the website. I didn't hear anything back and emailed them again. On Thursday afternoon "Brandon" wrote me back and said "Per our terms we must be able to come back for a reclean. What day(s) and time(s) work for you?". Keep in mind that I originally tried to contact the company on Monday when the cleaner was at the house. It took 4 days to get a response. The house had gone on the market Thursday and showings started on Friday morning, so a reclean was out of the question. We had already finished cleaning the house ourselves. Brandon wrote back and said: "The pictures you sent in no way justify a 50% refund. It looks like about 1 hour of work. Per our terms we must be able to reclean and have 7 days to do the reclean. As a courtesy we can refund $100." The cleaning was charged at $420, and we did not feel that $420 or $320 was a reasonable value for the work that was done, and how much was left uncleaned. The photos I sent were absolutely appalling and the fact that he wasn't appalled says all you need to know. We've had regular maid serve before the pandemic, and know what a house looks like after having a cleaner who cares. Brandon's email shows how little Maid Complete values its customers or cares about how well a house is cleaned. This job required at least 2 maids, and more than 3 hours of work for one person. There are a lot of great cleaning services out there and this is not one of them. Don't waste your money. Hire someone else. read more

Impressed. I've used a few home cleaning services around Denver, and none can compare to Maid Complete. My main thing was moving items to clean the floor. So many companies go 'yeah, we do not move items.' I totally understand, and I am not asking you to move my couch. However, clean under it. Also, move the potted plant a little so you can fully clean around it. All the other cleaning services were awful at this! Not Maid Complete! I let the individual in and had to return a few minutes later as I forgot something. He was already picking things off the floor to get a full clean (i.e. chairs and dog beds, rugs, etc.). I was impressed. Next, when I returned, the place was amazing! So happy! The BEST part was my decorative cover for the side of my tub was fixed. It had fallen off recently, so I had it against the bathroom wall until I could go to Home Depot for supplies to fix it. Nope, he fixed it! Just truly amazing service all around. Called for a 1 time cleaning, $50 per hour per maid with 4hr min....wow. That's absurd. Who pays that. Just going to wait for our usual maid who was on a long vaca. Oui...Still in sticker shock. Update: posted originally 1 star as I feel others need to know this is not the best deal in town. Owner called me, found my number from my original call in, and requested better star since we didn't actually use them. However, we tried, we still called, requested pricing and in return had feedback. Which is what yelp is about, feedback. Owner seems nice, a bit passive aggressive to have called me personally about the rating. What if I said no? What are you going to do? Do I need to worry? Message me on yelp if you didn't agree, but to call...? Bottom line, there are better deals in town, $50 for 1 maid for 1 hour with a min of 4hrs..., if you want to pay it and you have the money go for it. As I'm back to Yelp looking for a new cleaning service I came across Maid Complete, who was my previous Yelp selection from April 2017 to January 2017 and felt that I should write a review since my experience with them was less than the five stars they have here. Let me say up front that the owner of Maid Complete takes customer service very seriously and has tried to address each issue that we have had and has been Johnny on the spot when we've reported a problem. If this were only about him it would be ten stars. That being said, Maid Complete was not as good as we hoped it would be, and I don't think we are being very picky, honestly. For what we were paying we expected a fairly thorough cleaning, and we got that the first couple of times but then our cleaner pooped out on us and would charge us the same rate for about an hour to ninety minutes of work (our previous house cleaners took 3-5 hours to clean), but this one never moved hardly anything to clean and got out as soon as possible. We raised our concerns with the owner who discounted our service for that one visit and promised to address the issue. After two more times of the same or worse performance (the cleaner herself was very nice, just seemingly in a rush) we finally said we didn't want her back and got a new person. Our new cleaner was fantastic! Once. Then the previous cleaner was sent out again. Same performance. We again talked to the owner and said "do not send that person anymore, period". We got to see the new cleaner a few more times and she was awesome, then she "moved on" from the company and our one good cleaner was now gone. Another cleaner was sent in her place and she was also very good and we were pleased. When the next scheduled cleaning notice appeared it was booked for a new cleaner, so we tried to book the same cleaner again and she too had "moved on". I understand that this is a manual labor business, people don't stick around, but it adds insult to injury when we've had such rough service so far to not be able to keep someone. Again I refer to our last two services, one we had the same cleaner for five years and the other for two - far better track records for us. One issue that bothers me about their pricing is that it's flat rate, so even if they can't clean one of your "assigned" rooms you still get dinged the same amount. It wasn't until the 2nd to last cleaning that the cleaner said "oh, I'll clean a different room for you then". If I take that into account then out of all of our cleanings we were overcharged or didn't get full value 80% of the time when one or more of our assigned rooms was in use (home offices). Every cleaning person I've used I have hired weekly but Maid Complete charges so much we couldn't possible justify what would be over $700 a month to clean our house weekly. In eight months we had 50% poor cleaning and 50% good cleaning with headaches in between and for what we were paying we felt it was time to try other services. I believe most of our issues were around one less than ideal cleaner and that Maid Complete is an otherwise decent company. The owner is certainly someone who wants to please but I felt it was only fair to write a less-than-five-star review because every company has its warts and no company is 100% perfect. If Yelp did 1/2 stars this would split it down the middle, so I erred on the extra half star in their benefit. Would I use them again? Sure, I would give them another try, although I do feel they are pretty expensive and I think there are other services out there that may be a better value. If the owner wasn't as willing to please as he was then I would never look back, but I think we are the rough patch for him that every owner has. So, for him, I would try again after playing the field a bit if I still don't find what I'm looking for. read more

Not the results I expected. I scheduled a move out clean where it's of my opinion that it was poor quality and lacked a desire to do a thorough job. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I do feel bad for the cleaning lady as she didn't have any help for the 1,700 Sft home. Unfortunately, she left when I went to go help the movers at the new place, so I couldn't point anything out when I got back. I spoke with someone on the phone later that day and complained, they told me I would have to take photos so they could evaluate what to do. Unfortunately, due to the end of the month I couldn't rely on #7 of their FAQ page (should have read that, you should as well, or they will hold it against you). The real issue was speaking with management. Management told me I have to include this "Make sure in your review to mention not only did we agree to come back even sooner than the 72 hours we guarantee, we came back the next day." This may be true, as I have no proof and already turned keys over to landlord after cleaning it myself. They also threatened litigation for any dispute of charge or "false claims on review". I wouldn't recommend this company on short notice given my experience with the cleaning. You shouldn't have to ask twice to clean and you shouldn't be threaten with litigation when seeking a refund. Pablo arrived right on time. Extremely professional and friendly. Did a great job and my house is so clean! I love it! 4 months later: The original cleaning person began complaining that it's too far for him to drive once a month from Denver to Boulder. My tip each time would have covered his gas plus more. When a company advertises that they cover a certain geographical area, they can't quite blame the customers for living in those areas! So they sent another cleaning person last week. The cleaning was ok, there was a smell of damp towels that were used for cleaning after she left (gross). I have only 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and I keep my place reasonably clean, but it took her over 2 hours to complete the job! I emailed the company to request for another cleaning person next time. Extremely pleased with the deep cleaning my house received over the weekend. A team of three arrived and after making sure they knew what was most important to me, got right to work. And I mean, on their hands and knees wiping baseboards, scrubbing floors, cleaning fans, insides of the cabinet, walls, windows, etc. until the house looked like it was brand new again. I received a response from the Maid Complete support team at 6:00pm - 4 hours after my job was scheduled. The issue appears to be that the company does not provide contact information for clients to the maids unless they request it. The woman was sitting outside my apartment trying to get into the building and waiting for the company to send her my number. The maid rescheduled for the following day and did a great job. If this review was for her only, it would be five stars. A point for the business owners here - have one person at all times that can be responsive to issues. This isn't a package - if I have an issue with a scheduled appointment, I have other things to do and want an answer relatively quickly. Four hours later is a joke. If I have to pay to cancel within 48 hours of an appointment because your time is important, I expect reciprocal treatment of my time. read more

I scheduled my appointment with Maid Complete online after purchasing their yelp deal of $15 for $30. I recently sold my house and needed to have a move out cleaning complete to hand over a clean property to my buyer. While booking, I put in the wrong service address but was able to get them to correct it pretty easily. I received a confirmation email the night before and the address was still wrong so I emailed back and it was then corrected again, something had not gone through the first time. Fortunately, sending a confirmation email the day before helped us avoid a situation where the person showing up to do the work went to the wrong location. My appointment was setup for 9 AM, I showed up at the house promptly at 9 AM but Chantelle was already there waiting for me. She greeted me with a smile and confirmed that everything had already been paid for. She provided me with an estimate on how long it would take her and then got right onto cleaning up. The house was empty since I sold it, however it had been lived in for two and a half years. She estimated it would take about two to three hours to complete. She was right on with her estimated time and was done in two and a half hours. I continued pressing along in the garage cleaning up and I didn't hear much out of Chantelle until she was done. The 2 stars are not for the cleaning but for the fact that the things I left in the corner for a friend to pick up were taken. This includes a ninja coffee maker, heaters, a piece of art work, and a bar cart. I had left a sticky note on the items with a name. You have the worst service in the business. I honestly don't know how you are in business. I had a cleaner come out and I paid for the deep clean service. I had a 9:00am appointment. When the cleaner got there, I asked him if he could be done by 10:30 and that I really wanted the floors done. He agreed and went about his work. He kept trying to talk with me to whole time! Annoying, but I thoght that if he finished his work it would be fine. Low and behold, 10:30 came and he hadn't touched the floors. I finally had to tell him to leave at 10:45. I talked to a manager, and apparently he never should have agreed to a 90minute cleaning. The deep clean takes much longer than that. So the manager says they will send someone out to do a "re-clean". This sounds to me that they should do everything over again! I was sadly mistaken. They sent the same idiot out, he swept and mopped the floor and left in less than 30 minutes. I can't believe I blocked time out of my schedule for this!! I'm unbelievably angry!! Then, to make matters worse, the guy kept telling me he was about to leave like he was begging for a tip!! It was his fault in the first place that he had to even be there!! This is an update to my last review, and I will start by saying if I were only reviewing Tori, the service provider who came to my rescue after the first cleaning, I would give her 10 plus stars. She came last min on a weekend, had a warm, helpful, and genuine personality, and thoroughly went through every room in my house with me, reviewing what went wrong the first time, and making sure it was taken care of. She's great - definitely request Tori if you are hiring a cleaner through Maid Complete! Overall, I am increasing this to 3 stars - A OK. To be fair, Maid Complete did offer to re-clean my place at no additional cost with no hassle when I called to voice my disappointment, and I did appreciate that. The manager did call me and ask how to make it right, but also asked me about my Yelp review, which makes me question the motivation behind the offer, and bottom line, fixing a problem doesn't make you a great company - it makes you a company. If you didn't fix problems, you'd be out of business, so excellence, in my opinion, starts with the first impression, and not the last. I was lucky that I had some flexibility with timing on my move-out clean being done. Many times, other folks would not have the luxury of having a window for such huge mistakes to happen and waiting for a re-clean to be rescheduled. I owned my home, but for any renters, the initial job could have cost them a deposit, and that's not okay. Every opportunity is one to grow from, so I hope my honesty can only help Maid Complete grow in terms of hiring and training their service providers to deliver excellent service from the get-go. I am confident the owners and leaders do aim-to-please, and will do better in the future, and they won't even have to worry about my Yelp review b/c their future 5-star ratings will overtake any others. The booking process was seamless, and in the notes I'd requested that my floors be washed twice (it had been a while). He did a great job on the floors, and washed them twice as I requested. He cleaned my stove, microwave, took out the trash, made the beds as well as cleaned the whole house.
