The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. Out of 10 requests Greg was one of the only ones that replied to take on a last minute job at a very reasonable price. He even accommodated a later arrival (a mistake on my part) at no extra charge. He was out detailing the entire car for about 4 hours in 100+ degree heat and my car finally feels like new. And the driver Jason Hogan came out to my location and hooked up to my truck and towed my truck to Hanford,CA. to my home. And when we arrived one of the tire straps was broken and hanging from the tow truck. And the next morning I took the tire off and found the damages to my 91 toyota truck. Damages in the amount of 378. Dollars and no cents. The amount that came from the Hanford Toyota Dealer. For a new Strut Bar and alignment, the Strut Bar was bent why ll traveling down 43 high way from Selma to Hanford there was a lot of road construction and also a vary bumpy road the driver slowed down on some of the bumps but not all of them and my truck was bouncing up and down on his tow truck.
