What really stood out was the mobile service. No hauling anything anywhere, no waiting around. They showed up, got to work, and had us taken care of quickly and efficiently. The RV came out looking sharp, and the truck's finish is spotless. I was able to use ApplePay which was convenient. If you're looking for a detailer who brings the shop to you, these are your people. However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

I canceled the service and wanted to switch it over to the new truck and told I can't do that so there's a year worth of wash gone so then I paid for my wife's car, she went in and paid so we're paying twice a month for the same car and I can't get nobody from the office to call me back if you're thinking about using them think about this when it comes time for you to pay. I don't want this to sound all bad. I did enjoy their services and would continue on, but I'm not giving money away for free and I think it's sad when they won't talk to the customer.

I am highly pleased with the outcome of the vehicle. I will be returning in the near future.

The line has consistently taken 20 minutes or more just to get through, completely defeating the purpose of a "quick" car wash. When I called to ask about the delays, I was told it was due to a mechanical problem. However, when I arrived, an employee at the register explained they were using a "new process." Whatever the reason may be, the result is the same long lines and excessive wait times. If you're looking for a fast car wash, you may want to consider another option unless you have an hour to spare. I hope management addresses these issues soon because the service has been very disappointing. #Fresno #SurfThruCarWash #CustomerService #LongWait #CarWash #DisappointedCustomer
