It's so tiny that frying them only burnt them up. A quater of my fries are tiny burnt fries. RATE : 2/5 SERVICE :: Their service have died down a lot comparing to when it first opened. There's only 1 worker there. She helped us with our order and got it done 15min later. She was really neutral, she doesn't seem happy or attentive. We had two smoothies and a bucket of fries. I understand that accidents happen and that the employee wasn't entirely responsible for the food falling. But I was disappointed that there wasn't any effort to offer a replacement especially since I didn't even get to try the food. Also, the portion size was small. As you can see in the photo, there wasn't much popcorn chicken to begin with. I've visited other boba shops with similar prices that have larger portions. Also, I understand that businesses charge extra for sauces but transparency about this upfront makes a difference. I was also surprised with how little boba came in my side order. Compared to what I've received at other boba shops, this portion was very small. I play claw machines pretty often and have a decent chance at getting a prize. But here I didn't win a single prize. I also noticed that their claws didn't have plastic grippers so it made me wonder how often people win here. Overall I'm disappointed because we enjoyed this place for years.
