They are nice and people should have respect for a place that is kosher out in Atlantic City.

Extensive menu, immense portions, and immaculate customer service!…read more If you want a good meal with great people in a great atmosphere, Rosenfeld's is exactly where you want to be! With the classic deli line ready to serve you meats and deli treats, plus a restaurant with decor worth grabbing a seat and enjoying your favorite Jewish classics! The walls are covered in caricatures of famous Jewish actors, singers, athletes, and more. The local artists made great depictions of each, but they do have a cheat sheet for anyone that wants to figure out who they all are. The menu is huge... and everything is amazing! We have had the latkes and kugal before, but this time we ordered the Onion Dog, Paul's Reuben, and the Onion Ring/Fries Combo. Don't worry - they start you off with a complimentary bowl of pickles... with a full barrel in plain sight if you have the gumption to need a refill. The Onion Dog is a 1/3 pound beef dog spliced open for a drizzle of onion marmalade and topped with fresh fried onions. I swear this marmalade needs to be jarred asap - as it makes the hot dog one of my favorite bites! Paul's Reuben is clearly a dinner favorite! With 8 oz of fresh sliced corned beef piled high and a delicious sauerkraut and dressing! The Onion Rings/Fries combo seems simplistic, until the heaping basket comes your way - and the more than unique thick spiraled fries. Never have I ever seen these... and they are definitely something to stop in for all on their own. The waitresses are just great people. Asking about your vacation, giving pro tips on how to make your order perfection, and just caring about you like a family member would at a home cooked meal in your kitchen. If you dare have room, the desserts are sliced fresh from a display in the deli - I couldn't help but take pictures of the Skyscraper Cakes (Chocolate and Carrot options). Delivered to another table, this four layer cake was sliced in a 2" tome that looked more like an encyclopedia delivery than a dessert!

The Latkes were good, as were the onion rings. The French fries didn't impress me. The mushroom barley soup was tasty. Pastrami was good, not so much for the corned beef or brisket. I was actually disappointed with the brisket, it tasted by boiled beef. Being a 70+ year old kid from the Bronx who grew up with kosher deli's on every other corner I was spoiled. Nothing is like it used to be. But thankful that places like Rosenfeld's are still around and keeping memories alive. In a week I will be visiting the Bronx again and going to the last kosher deli in the Bronx. So if you're in the Bronx stop by Liebman's. Keep the memories going.

We were told that the steak for 2 was $132.00 and that was the best dish on the menu. That's without any side dishes. All the side dishes were $10.00 each. All the other meat dishes were $35.00 and up with no side dishes. You would think that at these manhattan prices the food would be outstanding-NOT! This place is a ripoff with the worst possible food. And the service was non existen, I had to yell for the waitress to come to our table. We all ordered schnitzel because we thought it would be the fastest. NOPE. It took fully one hour. The food arrives and it is beyond horrible. We got one chicken breast that tasted old and salty. The final bill came to $330.00. We were not in Manhattan, this is suburban Atlantic City. I think Food was vile, ambiance was bad, service was terrible, and it was a vey very bad experience. I could write much more beacause I had one hour to observe while waiting for our meal. Just look at this dish, a huge plate with a measly chicken cutlet for $35.00. And also the waitress added her tip- $50.00. Added insult to injury.

Regular ketchup, bland tomato sauce, horrible. And I was going to let it go, but another patron didn't like his food and the cook, and yes, I call him a cook (because if he's a real chef he could learn from my 2 year old granddaughter,)went insane and started cursing and yelling because someone didn't like his meal. Shouting " awww F%4K NO, GET THE F#%k out", and storming off.The sliders had gross blobs of fat, the duck egg rolls were good, my chicken parm was tasteless and putrid and served with a blob of canned tomato sauce with no seasoning and ketchup , and my son's steak was overcooked. The green beans were good, the waitress was nice. You need a new cook! I will never go back. And the owners responses to other reviews here are ridiculous, childish, and poorly worded . Happily there was a Walmart nearby so I'll wait till I'm not fleishigs any more and eat something decent later!
