At this point it's hard to recall when every size and style of storage container wasn't available everywhere you turned, at any retailer. But, it wasn't which, is what made the Container store blast off like a rocket. I personally didnt shop there because the premium they charged always made me think twice and It was more important for me to save money. These days, the most important thing is convenience, for me. That includes the right storage container that is esthetically pleasing and possibly designed for the very job I need satisfied. I find it hard to believe, The Container Store has survived all these decades with the feverish low price competition but, they have. Now, I am an occasional customer that loves the convenience of walking in and having a smiling helpful staff member guide me to my solution.

While waiting for my husband to return with our coffee, my son and I decided to window shop. We were in the midst of window shopping when a man, who I presumed to be the owner, opened the door for us to enter; I thought it was very kind of him seeing as though he was not scheduled to open until a few hours later. He greeted us warmly and told us about the store and answer the barrage of questions my son had about the different pieces of furniture and art. I had already decided I was going to return to look at the items and possibly purchase a piece as a housewarming gift for a close friend who recently purchased a home before he opened the doors. However, since he opened early it saved me from having to make a second trip. Once inside we discovered that there were so many unique, handmade items to choose from! I enjoyed viewing the various pieces of art made from wood, rattan and stone. There were pieces for indoor decor as well as outdoor decor. The items seemed well-crafted and made from quality materials and the prices were pretty decent for the quality of the items. I am happy I found this gem and I will definitely return in the future!
