Food arrived slightly early and hot. It was delicious, as always. Our new go to for this food.

Ordered a burrito bowl thru Door Dash. The rice was mushy and hardly any chicken. The only thing good was the chips and queso.

Came here yesterday for Taco Tuesday and ordered their taco special of three tacos choice of soft-…read moreor hard-shell tacos with a mix of their toppings. Delicious and hit the spot HOWEVER, I am deducting a star from my prior five-star review as their online promotions which you must order online btw to redeem any of your loyalty points are very hard to use and redeem online. There was a special offer for Free Guac and when I went to redeem it the toggle button had an error. I have gotten this error message many times before on other items that I am entitled to and have earned through my points. To paraphrase, you must download the Bubbakoo's Burritos app on your phone and order through said app even if you are in their parking lot! If they updated their system like how you are able to redeem items at any of the payout kiosks at CVS it would be so much easier for the patron and improve customer loyaltly. Anyway, I will still come back but it is becoming less and less easy to order here. ***If you want their garlic parmesan gluten free sauce they do not even have that option listed on the app, you have to go into the store and tell them that is the sauce you would like. As always people SYOY!!!

Last night I was in the Lehigh Valley and decided to dine at La Maya restaurant in Hellertown, PA…read more I was intrigued by reviews citing its tasty modern Mexican cuisine and excellent cocktails. La Maya did not disappoint! The ambience is dimly lit, and perfect for a romantic dinner. On the cocktails side, I tried "Señor Sal" - a dirty martini / Vesper riff featuring their proprietary gin and vodka, dry vermouth, pickled jalapeño, olive brine, and lemon infused olive oil. It was a visually attractive, delicious, and sturdy cocktail. Just what the doctor ordered! Later I tried the house margarita. It was balanced and refreshing. There are options to add flavorings to the house margarita spec for +$2 (e.g., Matcha Coconut, Spicy, Guava Mint, Caramelized Pineapple). My dinner companion tried the caramelized pineapple and loved it. On the culinary side, the guacamole was fresh and flavorful. For an entree, I selected the Carne Nortena - a tequila-marinated ribeye with sauteed scallions, shisito peppers. The steak was cooked perfectly to temperature (medium-rare) and amazingly juicy. The roasted sweet potato wedges (Camote) were also outstanding. Don't forget dessert - the coconut flan was to die for! Service - I believe our server's name was Alex, was on-point. He was knowledgeable about both the food and beverages, and did not rush us. Thank you La Maya for a great evening. I will definitely return.

The guacamole was to die for seems an easy thing to make, but it's not if it's not done properly. Their corn ribs were delicious. The espresso Horchata martini was amazing Bronzino perfect entrée and the staff was friendly and kind. Thank you so much. I ordered the Bartender special where he picks the drinks just asking what our preferences and he spot on hit it on the nose, beautiful location for any party getting together date night it's wonderfully decorated and what's not to love with Frida on the walls. Cannot say enough about this beautifully presented Mexican cuisine thank you. The night was wonderful. The company made it better but the food surely took it to a new level.

A Stellar Experience at Mi Casa Tu Casa - Brick, NJ!…read more I recently called Mi Casa Tu Casa to ask if I could bring my Ocean County College Women's Basketball Team in for a team dinner the night before our season kickoff -- and from that first phone call, their excitement and kindness were unmatched! They were so happy to host us and made every step of the experience easy and enjoyable. They even offered our players 10% off their meals, which were absolutely delicious! The tacos are an incredible deal -- four for just $15-- full of flavor and perfectly portioned. The appetizers were reasonably priced and packed with taste, chips and salsa come to table when dinning in, and to top it off, the staff surprised us with a few sweet treats for the table as a thank-you gesture -- such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to our team. There's plenty of seating and space for groups, making it a great spot for family dinners, team outings, or celebrations. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to have us there. It's always special to support small businesses that continue to support our local programs, and Mi Casa Tu Casa truly embodies community, generosity, and great service. In today's tough economic climate, it felt amazing to dine somewhere that not only serves amazing food but also values people, community and connection. Ratings: Food: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 -- spacious, welcoming, and perfect for groups Pricing: $-$$ (great value for the quality and quantity!) Waitstaff: 10/10 Good People: 10/10 Thank you, Mi Casa Tu Casa, for your outstanding hospitality and for helping us kick off our season with full hearts and full stomachs!

We were seated in the lovely outdoor area, which had such a great atmosphere with Mexican music playing in the background. We started with the empanadas, and they were absolutely delicious. For our main dishes, we had the shrimp fajitas and steak tacos--both were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and truly hit the spot. The service was just as impressive as the food. Our server, Joely, was awesome--friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed, especially on such a busy holiday. Great food, great service, and a beautiful setting. We'll definitely be back!

The night we dined the restaurant was pretty busy, but there were no servers or hosts in sight. After a very brief wait, a server and host/server came out of the kitchen and sat us immediately. We started with horchata to drink, which arrived in mason jars with a dusting of cinnamon. The menu is very seafood heavy, so if you're not into fish or seafood, your options are limited. With that being said, the menu leans authentic Mexican. Every table receives fresh homemade nachos with a black bean topping and two salsas- one mild and one spicy. We decided to do the appetizer sampler so we could try a little of a variety of things. It came with an empanada, elote, nachos, guacamole, and queso fundido. The presentation was awesome, as it arrived on a wooden board. The empanada was cut into 4 pieces and was filled with chicken tinga and cheese. I absolutely loved it, while my friend hated it, which was crazy to me. It was so flavorful and had almost a carnitas flavor to it. The guac was fresh, the nachos were crispy and packed with toppings, elote was flavorful and fresh, and queso fundido was super filling. We almost filled up on the apps, but our birria tacos came out and they were fantastic. Our server poured the hot consommé over onions in a little bowl and the flavor was rich and paired with the birria so well. The corn tortillas were crispy and even though we could only eat one of the three, we took the rest home. We also split a side of Mexican rice and beans, which were average and pretty much what you'd expect. We aren't sure if there is dessert, as there was none on the menu, but we were too full even if we were offered options. Our server was attentive even though it was very busy. All in all, I would give it a 4 and my dining companion would give it a 3 so 3.5 would be perfect. However I went up to a 4 because I enjoyed what I ordered and think it deserves that half of a star.
