Both Jeremiah and Gwyneth were extremely professional and talented. They were easy to work with from the very beginning. They answered all of our questions with detail and made us feel comfortable. On top of that, their rates were affordable! (Not like some of the other photographers that we had initially comparison shopped) After we chose to hire them, they noted every detail we wanted and asked us more questions that we didn't even originally think of! These two are professionals that actually know what they are doing! They coordinated everything with our venue, planning out specific spots beforehand. When our Big Day came, they were there bright and early, ready to go! They were energetic and friendly. They surpassed my expectations of how well they captured our special day! They captured all of the specifics that we had requested beforehand, and on top of that, Gwyneth came up with some beautiful shots on the spot that day. She even captured some requests that we had slipped in that day! Gwyneth has such a great eye for detail and composition. The final photos were breathtaking- the color and quality were exactly what we had wanted! She had so much positive energy- running around in a very professional and incognito way making sure not to disturb any big moments! To start, Jeremiah and Gwyneth were both very professional and easy to work with. When we contacted them, they quickly made us feel at ease as they took us through the variety of options. We had been doing lots of comparison shopping and had preliminary conversations with photographers before, but not only did the price ranges include flexibility and affordability, but Sheepdog made us feel comfortable. Right away. That's important, and hard to come by in a competitive market. Once we formally selected them, they got the job done. They coordinated with the Planners and venue, and played an integral role in ushering us through our Big Day (and capturing every moment). They were a hit with the guests, performing their duties with the utmost professionalism, but also providing a warm and welcome energy that tied the proceedings together beautifully. Kudos to Gwen for sustaining such a high energy level. She rocked AND rolled, zipping from vantage point to vantage point, remaining unobtrusive while being ever present to capture the perfect moment. And that they did. The color, composition, and quality are of the highest order. They captured the feeling and tone perfectly, while making us look better than we've ever seen in a mirror. He let us know that he "cannot issue refunds" even when work is not rendered. This was written nowhere on the invoice he sent us. Upon review of his website, I see it is buried in his terms and conditions page. Why someone would choose to do business this way, I have no idea. I could not in good conscience take my customers' money and then refuse to refund it even if I performed no work. Sam feels differently.
