They transform their courtyard into a a spooks and gore tour that is kitschy and fun. My eight year old neice shrieked with delight the entire time and even little Yelp baby had fun looking at all the decorations (I'm afraid she's a bit macabre even at 11 months old!). The event is free and open to the public with suggested donations going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. As someone who has been in/married to the agency world for over a decade now, this event has left a really positive impression on me. It's no easy feat to put together but I loved how friendly each person I interacted with was and how they were able to bring family members of the staff to help out. This definitely seems like a fun crew and I'd be happy to support them in the future!

Initial Communication: Before settling on N & D for my home security system, I did tons of research, including research into all the big home security companies. Unlike other companies, N & D Security does not lock you into a long-term contract, nor did they try to upsell me on products and services that were beyond the scope of my needs. Rather, Perry readily identified what would likely make sense for my home, asked incisive and poignant questions about my home security needs, and carefully listened to and thoughtfully answered all my questions. He then diligently followed up with a recommended package for my home. Perry's attention to detail, follow-up communications, and responsiveness was impeccable. And I was all the more impressed given the fact that N & D is a small team that essentially operates as a family-owned business. Installation: The installation could not have been more seamless. John, Darren, and David arrived promptly. They installed the security system and had me up and running in little to no time. I was thoroughly impressed by the service--the N & D team went above and beyond anything I could have expected. For example, in addition to setting up my home security system, Darren helped set up our doorbell camera and even attempted to help install smart locks throughout my home. Upon the immediate completion of the installation, John carefully explained how the system operates, patiently answered all my questions, and even gave me his personal number in the event I had any additional questions. After Installation: After completing the installation, Perry checked in again to ensure that all our needs were handled and that our system was up and running. In addition, the N & D team was incredibly diligent in completing additional follow up work I had requested. In sum, if you are looking for a top-notch home security system, N & D is a no brainer. I selected Etcetera based on a call with Joaquim during which he displayed insights into the specific needs of the technical language involved which reassured me that his team was professional. I was also impressed by the service aspects: quick turnaround and express mailing of the document plus notary certification within two days. (In contrast, one service I called in California was vague and who didn't even "hear" on the phone that I was living in Washington DC not Washington state. This is enough to raise questions in my estimation as to their specificity and detail-execution.) Within a short time of sending my letter to Joaquim, I received an email in response and within two days had the express mailed documents in hand. The extra mile they went, to verify the medical terminology with their Spanish editor/translator was appreciated. The price for the meticulous and professional service was fair. I enjoy leaving positive Yelp reviews for businesses such as this that do a terrific job. I intend to use their services again when I need important legal paperwork.
