However, a few days later, the Arrive Wilmington team went above and beyond by returning--on their own time--to ensure we were also given the opportunity to visit. Mark, the driver, was exceptionally courteous and made the entire outing enjoyable. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and professionalism shown to us. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned, making for a pleasant and relaxing trip. I would highly recommend Arrive Wilmington to others for their outstanding service and care.

New Hanover transportation simply gets worse. The reconstruction money has been wasted on placing…read moreugly medians that deter traffic, frustrate drivers, and increase gas usage and car wear. I am speaking about these Michigan lefts that have been forced upon unsuspecting residents. One may say that were designed to improve safety. No, they simply move the hot spot from one place and put it at another along with adding confusion on how to get to where you wanted to go. (To go left) We use to be able to safely cross over two lanes of traffic into the turn lane and wait for the oncoming cars before proceeding left into the flow of traffic. Now, we have to turn right into speeding traffic, travel 500 yards, and then try to get into the left turn lane. Once in the turn lane (after getting honked at) we face another car that is trying to head the opposite way. But we block each others vision from seeing oncoming traffic. With fear and in trepidation we believe it is safe, we have to make a u-turn in front of oncoming traffic (because we could not see them coming) and get honked at again. Who is responsible for this craziness?

The day of the event, the trolley broke down and they called us after the event had started to say they weren't coming. They said we would get a refund the next week and here it is 6 months later and still no refund. Phone calls go to voicemail and messages go unanswered. Be sure to read the reviews on other review sites as well as the Better Business Bureau so you can see this is not unusual.
