After attempts to get a contact I finally heard from them. Yes there was a malfunction but it was your fault and we have the video to prove it. Can I see the video? No was the answer. The ownereship hides behind several levels of LLCs to protect their assets. I turned it over to my insurance carrier for them to pursue. A camera scans my license plate and opens the gate; then I just drive onto the smooth conveyor belt and drive out with a sparkling car. You can still see pollen all around the doors in the grill of my Car, there's a lot to clean still. However, the interior they did a fantastic job on. My kids did a number on my car when my husband was using it with them (letting them have lots of snacks I never let them have in my car for this reason)... It looks almost brand new on the inside inside of my car and I'm very happy about that. It is 100% worth it for the interior clean. Next time I go there I will just ask for an interior clean and do the outside of myself. For the price I paid to get both interior end exterior done it was not worth the money... I would honestly have paid them to do the inside of my car and left it at that. It was $120 for both interiorand the exterior still needs me to clean it. The service was very nice, people were professional and courteous. I might even look into getting my carpets shampooed and cleaned the next time I go... I drove my car past not one but two attendants to go through the attendant monitored car washes (not the auto one) and one of their brushes damaged my car. I later put in a case to have it examined. Some manager whom identified himself as Marc Chavez called me, didn't apologize, said it was my fault and never did anything else. Marc would not inform his insurance of a 3rd party claim because "it wouldn't meet theit deductible" like that is my problem or a reason to shrug off damages.. Marc also refused to give name of any boss above him to properly handle the situation. The damage still exists and the best I got was that insufferably poor manager to just brush it off. I would highly recommend utilizing another car wash that runs with some integrity and care for its customers. Stay away.
