Ivy would like for me to not judge their entire company based on one technician, but the reality is the people you send out are a reflection of your company. Original review begins here: Beware of technician Roman. If you choose to use this company and they want to send out Roman, then you need to request a different technician. This is not the first negative review involving Roman or with a clogged drain hose receiving the same diagnosis. Called this coming to come look at my dishwasher because it wasn't draining. Was impressed I could get same day appointment. Roman arrived timely but spent very little time diagnosing. He opened up the dishwasher and looked inside. Let a run for about 5 minutes and then said it needed a new drain pump and turbidity sensor for $384. He never pulled the dishwasher out to inspect components. I decided to get a second opinion with another company. Turns out the drain hose had a clog. Once that was cleared, the dishwasher drained fine and is working great. No replacement parts needed.
