I got the nutella hot chocolate and it was so good! Very warm, comforting, not too sweet, and a good quantity to share. The ham and brie sandwich was pretty good, generous portion. The service was also good, the guy at the cash was alone but he was fast and efficient.

So if you're someone like me who doesn't always have cash make sure you bring some when coming here! The barista who helped me was awesome, great service. Let me enjoy my cappuccino before I ran out and got more cash to get more drinks :)) I love people who are understanding! My cappuccino was delicious!! It's been a while since I've had a good cup of coffee. Delicious here. Thank you!! I'll be coming again next time I'm in the area. --- Update!! So it's been...only a few hours since my first review...hahaha. I just had to update and write about my second drink. Of course after my cappuccino I had to get another coffee sooo I got a cortado. First off this is my favourite kind of drink. Second this is the best cortado I've had in a looooong time. Wish I had gotten the baristas name so he could get some credit! I'll just call him...guy with the cute circle glasses. Anyways, the point I'm trying to get across is that the coffee here so good. If I could, I would go back for another cortado. Yum yum.

Both were delicious! The sandwich was warm and perfectly toasted, with just the right amount of cheese, and not greasy at all. The soup was flavourful and fresh tasting. The coffee (espresso) was okay. I asked for a macchiato and it's not exactly the kind of coffee you want to have without sugar. Personally I don't like sugar in my coffee--if it's good quality and properly made, it should be naturally sweet. Either the beans they use were stale and over- roasted, or the barista did not pull the espresso properly. That's just a small critique. Great lunch spot, will go again!

Very cute café, as well. Looks like a great place to work. Highly recommend the tourn'oeuf (breakfast sandwich). Excellent combo of flavors. This was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The breakfast platter was very good as well, a sampler of flavorful things. Although we decided the baguette was not the best we've ever had. Gave this platter an A-. We also got the sandwich au jambon which was good, but could've been better with better flavor combos. Still great quality. Loved the ham here. Also highly recommend the chai latte.

It is located in a very nice area with a beautiful market near it which is perfect for walks, especially during the summer. The coffee shop itself is beautiful, very nice seating area and a lot of space. It is perfect if you want to study because it's very cosy, but it's also good if you're grabbing lunch quickly or coffee on the go. I have tried their smoked salmon sandwich and a kale/beet salad which were both very delicious. The only issue I had was the price, I thought it was a bit pricier than other coffee shops or places where you can grab lunch quickly. Despite that, I can understand since it's a local coffee shop and everything they have is high quality and fresh. Their iced coffee is more of an iced cappuccino with crushed ice... So if you want something liquid like coffee with ice, I would recommend getting an iced latte. It was delicious, and they had a lot of options for people like me who are lactose intolerant (almond milk, soy milk, lactose-free, coco milk, oat milk, etc.) The staff is extremely nice. They're very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The first time I went there, the girl explained everything to me and how the café started and she looked very passionate which showed me that she liked her job. The only issue I'd have with this place is their opening hours. During the winter, if you're planning on late-night studying there, it doesn't open as late as other coffee places, but that's to be expected with local coffee shops like this one.
