Not only did Nancy make sure that our order and food were perfect, but she made us feel as if we were her special guests. Then, Katherine went out of her way to come talk with us and give us recommendations for our visit to Montréal. She helped us figure out transit, then hand wrote out numerous shopping and sites that we shouldn't miss in her city. We were WOWED! Thank you for making this day of our vacation that much more special.

They have also added many sauces and spices if you need to zip up that meat for dinner! Pick up a tarte au sucre, blueberry or apple or pecan pie on a shelf below the sausages and enjoy! These kind of old school butcher shops are going away in the day and age of Costco cut meats. They do have a following and I hope will be around for some time to come!
