Their service are amazing. The ambiance is excellent. Good to be there with groups, a date or just simply having a quiet breakfast while reading your newspaper. The fruits and food are really fresh and they hand pick the best food supplier and just to prove it how delicious it can be. Price are remarkable and worth it. I've traveled many places and tried different breakfast dine in and yet this is by far the most amazing place. Suffice it to say they're known for their eggs Benedict. Sure there's other stuff on the menu but I've never bothered with anything else. The Benedictine Forestier is my go to (this is unfortunately not available during Covid as this is part of their dine in menu - but hey this is one more thing to look forward to when this is all over) 3. Portions are generous. Thank you! I've never left this place feeling hungry. Cons: 1. Not really a con, but since I started this list I might as well add that sometimes, the wait is too long for dine in. There's only so many places inside. Place was busy too for a weekday afternoon, with bikers stopping in for a quick bite. I don't ride bikes, I drink coffee..and that's why I decided to stop in! Besides the array of baked goods, sandwiches and salads, there was one item that really ci-haut my eye; they have a lavender latte??! What?! I grabbed a tall lavender coffee with almond milk for 5.50$ and sat on the little patio upfront to enjoy my java. The scent of lavender was intense upon my first sip but I quickly got accustomed to the odd flavour and thoroughly enjoyed my cup of joe; the espresso was not very acidic and the almond milk was perfectly sweet, so overall, this coffee was perfectly balanced! Maybe it was the lavender or maybe it was the summer like weather, but I felt totally zen and content. The price may be a little higher then other shops in the corner who offer better coffee but the scenic view and odd lavender coffee has intrigued me enough to return for the spiced latte...stay tuned.

I've wanted to try their sandwiches, but never made it past the skepticism infused by the glutenness this involves. Marius has an open-air terrace on St Catherine, which makes it a fun place for people watching on that pedestrian section of the busy street. I was also pleasantly surprised with how the neighbourhood evolved since last time I went to the former red light district. I would go back (and have gone back)
