Unfortunately, something happened this year and it has resulted in Cruz effectively stealing money from me. He indicated I needed a new pool cover and other equipment for my pool. In the past, I've paid a significant deposit and it has not been a problem (parts were typically installed in a couple of days of the deposit unless the parts were on backorder). This summer, he took a deposit for the pool cover and equipment and has yet to install the equipment. Offering up excuses or basically refusing to return my text messages. At this point, with winter approaching, I've run out of options and will be turning this matter over to the police. I would not recommend doing business with Happy Pools.

Between Daniel and Austin it took less than 2 hours to get the pool to the point where I could finish filling it and get the pump running. They went the extra mile by not only putting the stairs in for me but for finding a way to get the mat under them so I didn't need to jump into the 50 degree water to get in place. It's our 5th season with the pool and this level of service is what will drive us to be lifetime customers of Aqua Pool and Spa. During the opening process it was discovered that we would need a new winter cover for next season. They were nice enough to roll the old one up and take it away for me.
