At first, ProCare responded quickly the night of our water loss from a toilet failure. They handled…read morethe initial cleanup, packed up our home, and placed our belongings into storage. In the beginning, everything seemed professional and reassuring. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After telling us they were ready to move forward with repairs, we went to pick out flooring and were preparing to submit payment. However, after reviewing the invoice, we were told that ProCare wanted the mitigation portion paid first before moving forward. At this point, ProCare is currently in a dispute with our insurance company, and we as homeowners are stuck in the middle with no resolution. To make matters worse: * Line items on the invoice were increased and repeated multiple times * Insurance has asked for the information to be reviewed * ProCare has been unable to provide reasonable cost justification to our insurance for the charges on the invoice * They have not been willing to make corrections or adjustments We have been out of our home since January 2026, and this has placed a major strain on our family. I work in law enforcement, my spouse works in healthcare, and we are raising two children with autism. This situation has been extremely stressful, and there has been little sense of urgency or care shown toward resolving it. At this point, it feels like ProCare is more focused on getting paid than working toward a fair resolution. Communication has been frustrating, and there has been little willingness to collaborate. This has been a nightmare experience, and I would strongly advise others to ask detailed questions about billing, communication, and expectations before choosing this company.

We arranged a date and time for him to come out and clean a white sofa ... an expensive piece of furniture that withstood five family members, many guests and a small pet over 8 years. Stephen did a fantastic job! He worked hard and was very professional. He even came back the following week to tweak a few stubborn spots and also clean my daughter's college headboard (also white :/). I highly recommend TopNotch Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and will definitely use them again!

We searched for a well-reviewed upholstery cleaner on Yelp, and phoned Reggie, company…read morerepresentative, regarding pricing and to discuss his company's professional approach. The service call with Reggie and the cleaner, Phil, a skilled service professional, it was the representation of a first-rate operation. We have had carpets and upholstery cleaned many times over the last 43 years of home ownership, and we must say that All Star Chem-Dry service rates among the best, if not the very best. Phil, our designated cleaner, sent a reminder of when he was scheduled to arrive an hour ahead of time and sent a message letting us know of his arrival. He was friendly and personable but also efficient in setup and work. He worked tirelessly for over two hours. There were a few stubborn clay stains from our pet's paws that Phil deep-cleaned repeatedly until they disappeared. In addition, the price estimate was "spot on." Once Phil arrived, the items to be cleaned were given an up-close exam and a final price for cleaning. I liked knowing what the final bill was going to be before Phil began cleaning. Well, it's done, now -- and our family room is simply beautiful -- and the living space smells especially fresh and clean. We thank you. [First visit charge: Approximately $360] Update! About a week after Phil cleaned our furniture so beautifully, our dog ran in from outside with a muddy paw and messed up a corner of one cushion. Phil returned to clean the spot and, within 15 minutes, removed the spot and sold me some of their special cleaner he used. Remarkable! We are totally satisfied with this company. [Second visit charge: $30]
