We were visiting from CA and my 10 yr old daughter's loose tooth was bothering her so we looked up…read morea pediatric dentist nearby where we were staying. Figured we would get her teeth cleaned while were there. We had the most pleasant experience with Dr Moon. Her staff was very welcoming and Dr Moon is very good with kids. If I lived in the area, I would definitely switch over to her. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for us!

I've been taking my four children to Dr. Moon for at least four years now, we were one of her first…read moreclients when she actually did the cleanings herself. The office is nice and clean, they are all friendly and accommodating. We never wait long in the lobby. Dr. Moon is so easy to talk to, she's smart and experienced, she's socially savvy and she just gets it. She knows how to run a good practice and leads a great team. We've lived in the area for 10 years and had tried multiple other dentists. One pediatric dentist we visited in Riverstone wouldn't let me go with my children for exams, they all disappeared behind a clouded door while I sat in the lobby. That made me very uncomfortable. In Dr. Moon's office, you're with your kids every moment of the appointment, even if they are having dental work done in the rear rooms. This was really important to me. We recently moved about 15 mins further from the office but I will still continue to use Dr. Moon. The only thing difficult is that many people have discovered how awesome she is, so it's pretty busy, especially during school breaks. I actually hesitated to write a review because I don't want her to get busier! But she will whether I write this review or not, many people recommend her in local forums. You might have to wait to get an appointment but your children will receive care from an excellent dentist.

I took my 9-year-old daughter for a second opinion based on what her regular dentist had told me,…read moreand I am so glad I did. This office is truly designed for kids. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant colors and fun atmosphere made my daughter feel welcome and much less nervous. My daughter has severe anxiety, especially at dental appointments, but she immediately felt calmer once she saw all the decorations and kid-friendly setup. The staff was amazing--very friendly, supportive, and helpful. The dentist was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly, was patient with all my questions, and made sure I fully understood the care plan and the options available. My daughter left feeling happy and relaxed, which is very different from how she usually feels after the dentist. I'm really grateful for the experience and highly recommend this office for any child who gets anxious at dental visits.

We have been going to this office for a while and today will be the last time. The dentist casually strolled in from lunch(my son was on the table when he left) and did not wash his hands prior to putting on gloves and going straight into my son's mouth. They do not use a thyroid shield during the panoramic X-rays. When asked about it I was told they do for the other X-rays, but were not required to for those. I did not observe the "regular". XRays , so I cannot confirm if this happens or not.
